It is nestled between the Intra-coastal Waterway and Savannas Preserve State Park immediately to the East and West. The quaint towns of Fort Pierce and Stuart are just 15 minutes to the North and South. The community has a heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and fishing pier. nOur townhouse has been renovated and comfortably furnished throughout and includes artwork by local artists. It has a new energy efficient heating and air conditioning system. Downstairs has a completely equipped kitchen, a screened patio, a cozy dining area, a half bathroom, and a very comfortable living room with a sofa that converts to a king bed. Upstairs has a spacious master bedroom furnished with a new queen bed with a memory foam mattress. It has its own private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a new full bed as well as a futon sofa that converts to a full bed. The guest bathroom is immediately adjacent to the bedroom. You will find a clothes washer and dryer and linen closet on the upstairs landing. All linens are supplied for your convenience. nA train track runs along the outside of the fenced rear property border. Locomotivee28099s pass by several times a day but never sound their horns.
