Description:This mountain, ranch inspired home is true elegance featuring four bedrooms, a loft and four and a half bathrooms. The open designed layout of this 6,008 square foot home allows the Colorado sunshine to pour in through the windows that line the kitchen, dining and living room. Trimmed with reclaimed barn wood, featuring hardwood floors, flagstone flooring and professional decor it is easy to feel an intense sense of relief. It's a little piece of Heaven on Earth centrally located just off Highway 9, a quick drive to the Gondola Parking lot in Breckenridge, a quick drive to downtown Frisco shopping, and easy access to I-70. Once on I-70 you are only 10 minutes from Copper Mountain, 30 minutes from Vail and Beaver Creek or take Swan Mountain Road just five minutes north of the house to be in Keystone in 15 minutes where you can then travel to A-Basin. The living room has plentiful seating on the two leather couches and the two leather side chairs with ottomans while watching your favorite BluRay DVD movie on the 47 flat screen TV. For those chilly days, curl up in the living room with a great book and bask in the warmth of the exquisite stone gas fireplace that warms the living room. Just out the large bay doors on the living room is the first walk out patio that provides breath taking views of the mountains and leads to the flagstone outlined fire pit. The kitchen is crafted with granite countertops, reclaimed timber cabinets and state of the art Viking appliances. The large central butcher block island extends into a cafe style seating for five people to enjoy the home cooked breakfast before hitting the slopes. Once you've cooked your group dinner settle into the dining table with seating for eight. Just off the dining area is the large deck with an immense five burner grill and ample outdoor seating on benches as well as at the table with seating for four. On a warm summer day there is no better deck to bask in the sunlight. There are two complete master suites, each with a king bed encased in luxurious bedding, flat screen TV's and private gas fireplaces. The bathrooms in the master suites are truly one of a kind, on the main level take a sumptuous bubble bath in the copper claw-foot tub, or enjoy a hot shower in the glass surrounded shower with two rain heads and the on the upper level relax after a day on the slopes in the double head steam shower or take a nice bath in the porcelain, copper backsplash tub. Both bathrooms have two sinks and an abundance of counter space. The third and fourth bedrooms are equipped with queen beds and the loft has a skylight queen bed and a trundle day bed that provides two twins each with access to the wall mounted flat screen TV. The lower level rec room has a pool table, foosball table, surround sound home theatre and indoor hot tub. In case you need additional sleeping space, there is a couch that provides a queen sofa sleeper and a trundle day bed that provides two twin beds completing the house to sleep sixteen people. The home is the most private, sits on 13 acres and has lush flowerbeds and lawn surrounding the deck in the summertime . This home also sits in the backyard of the Colorado Trail and Gold Hill Trail for hiking and mountain biking and within walking distance to the paved bike path that stretches all the way around Summit County. The Boulder River Cabin and Barn are on 60 acres along a private stretch of the Main Boulder River, just south of McLeod. This road does have some truck traffic on it nduring weekdays, as it leads to an operating mine at the end of the East Boulder Road. The roadside edge of the property is protected from the traffic by a high, solid wood fence. nBedroom and baths: There are two spacious bedrooms in the home, each with a private bath with a great soaking tub and shower in each bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has two twins, or they can be pulled together to nmake up a queen size bed. The front porch of the house has a sofa that will also pull out to a futon style bed for an additional sleeping area. nKitchen: This kitchen has absolutely everything you will need to cook up a hearty breakfast before going fishing. Natural Bridge park at the Main Boulder and Indian caves are just a couple nof the nearby hikes. nActivities nearby: Besides fishing on the Main, East and West Boulder River, there is hiking and mountain biking on nearby trails, horseback riding, golf, skiing, tours of Yellowstone National Park, and everything that the towns of Big Timber, Livingston nand Bozeman have to offer. nClosest town and airport: It's about 20 miles to Big Timber, just under an hour to Livingston, and 1.5 hours to Bozeman's Gallatin Field airport.
