Description:This large, spacious Sun Valley home features six bedrooms and sleeps 18 people in beds. There is a large gourmet kitchen with two dishwashers, two refrigerators, two ovens, two sinks, pancake griddle, gas grill, plate warmer and more. With table service for 24 people, and a table that can seat 20 if needed, the kitchen is built for entertaining parties or large families. The main appeal of the house for many people is the outdoors – its in private setting with a broad lawn for sports, well-kept gardens with wildflowers and herbs, and tall aspens for summer shade and winter views. Out the back door is direct access to the Big Wood River and excellent trout fishing, swimming, or river bank beaches. Out the front door and 250 yards to the north is the main trail head for summer hiking/mountain biking trails and winter groomed cross-country trails connecting all the way to Fox Creek trailhead and west to Batchelors Gulch. Three blocks away is the Hulen Meadows playground with swing-sets, climbing frames, and a sandbox for the kids and the Hulen Meadow swimming pond. Finally, at the entrance to Hulen Meadows is the northern end of the Big Wood Bike trail, just 3 miles and 10 minutes by bike from Ketchum. You may never need to leave, but even if you do, you don’t even need a car. A large wrap-around deck of 1400 square feet is set up with a lunch table, lounge chairs, a south facing bench, and a summer hammock. Mature aspens grow straight through the deck offering dappled summer sunlight throughout the day. On the lower patio is a hot-tub, and inside the house is a 6-person sauna to complete the spa-like amenities. The house itself has almost 5000 square feet of living space and cathedral ceilings throughout the main level. The living room has a gas-assisted fireplace and beautiful views to Baldy and the Big Wood River. It is served by a well-appointed wet bar with ice-machine. There is a media area with a 48” HDTV for catching the news or sharing pictures from the day outdoors. The entire house is designed to be enjoyed not just admired – it is well maintained, recently finished, elegant, yet practical and very family friendly. Downstairs there is an extensive double mud-room to store skis, boots, waders, and all the gear of life outdoors. In addition, there is a game room and home theatre with another 48” TV, 5-point surround sound speaker system, wet bar, fridge, and ping-pong table. The kids can disappear down here while the adults relax upstairs. Or vice versa. The master bedroom has a fireplace, king size bed, home office set up (printer/fax/phone), and luxury bathroom with spa tub. It has private access to the hot-tub, a pair of comfy chairs for reading, a large walk-in closet and cathedral ceilings. Two of the bedrooms are fitted with double bunkbeds – sleeping four in each to offer a girls and boys dorm set up. The remaining 3 bedrooms can be arranged as twins or as double beds. One room has a trundle bed to sleep three in total. There are 4 full baths, a laundry room, and a port-a-crib for the youngest guest. There is a direct access two car garage and outdoor parking for at least three more cars. This Hulen Meadows home is perfect year-round for families or large groups that come to Ketchum to enjoy the out-of-doors during the day and great comradery among friends in the evening. Description:This mountain, ranch inspired home is true elegance featuring four bedrooms, a loft and four and a half bathrooms. The open designed layout of this 6,008 square foot home allows the Colorado sunshine to pour in through the windows that line the kitchen, dining and living room. Trimmed with reclaimed barn wood, featuring hardwood floors, flagstone flooring and professional decor it is easy to feel an intense sense of relief. It's a little piece of Heaven on Earth centrally located just off Highway 9, a quick drive to the Gondola Parking lot in Breckenridge, a quick drive to downtown Frisco shopping, and easy access to I-70. Once on I-70 you are only 10 minutes from Copper Mountain, 30 minutes from Vail and Beaver Creek or take Swan Mountain Road just five minutes north of the house to be in Keystone in 15 minutes where you can then travel to A-Basin. The living room has plentiful seating on the two leather couches and the two leather side chairs with ottomans while watching your favorite BluRay DVD movie on the 47 flat screen TV. For those chilly days, curl up in the living room with a great book and bask in the warmth of the exquisite stone gas fireplace that warms the living room. Just out the large bay doors on the living room is the first walk out patio that provides breath taking views of the mountains and leads to the flagstone outlined fire pit. The kitchen is crafted with granite countertops, reclaimed timber cabinets and state of the art Viking appliances. The large central butcher block island extends into a cafe style seating for five people to enjoy the home cooked breakfast before hitting the slopes. Once you've cooked your group dinner settle into the dining table with seating for eight. Just off the dining area is the large deck with an immense five burner grill and ample outdoor seating on benches as well as at the table with seating for four. On a warm summer day there is no better deck to bask in the sunlight. There are two complete master suites, each with a king bed encased in luxurious bedding, flat screen TV's and private gas fireplaces. The bathrooms in the master suites are truly one of a kind, on the main level take a sumptuous bubble bath in the copper claw-foot tub, or enjoy a hot shower in the glass surrounded shower with two rain heads and the on the upper level relax after a day on the slopes in the double head steam shower or take a nice bath in the porcelain, copper backsplash tub. Both bathrooms have two sinks and an abundance of counter space. The third and fourth bedrooms are equipped with queen beds and the loft has a skylight queen bed and a trundle day bed that provides two twins each with access to the wall mounted flat screen TV. The lower level rec room has a pool table, foosball table, surround sound home theatre and indoor hot tub. In case you need additional sleeping space, there is a couch that provides a queen sofa sleeper and a trundle day bed that provides two twin beds completing the house to sleep sixteen people. The home is the most private, sits on 13 acres and has lush flowerbeds and lawn surrounding the deck in the summertime . This home also sits in the backyard of the Colorado Trail and Gold Hill Trail for hiking and mountain biking and within walking distance to the paved bike path that stretches all the way around Summit County. There is not a more convenient location to access all Summit County ski areas and attractions, the owners live on property so don't hesitate to ask these 30 year Summit County locals for their favorites!

As an example, we have included a coffee grinder alongside the coffee maker. n nThere are also plenty of dishes and utensils for two meals so one set can be in the dishwasher while you have enough for your next meal. We have included high quality pots and pans as well as additional small appliances that you would not normally have available in a rental home. These would include a rice cooker, a crock pot, waffle maker, and even an electric griddle. We also have a nice tablecloth and cloth napkins for special occasions and meals.
