Description:This is one of the original summer cabins with a wonderful mountain cabin look and feel that has been updated with modern amenities to make your stay convenient and comfortable. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Included in the rental is the main cabin with two bedrooms and 1-1/2 baths with shower only and the bunkhouse with one bedroom and one full bath with tub and shower. There are two sleeper sofas in the living room that can sleep up to 4 adults. We include free housekeeping with your rental. The cabin will be clean and the beds will be made with clean sheets and pillow cases when you arrive. At the end of your stay just leave the beds unmade and the dirty towels on the floor. Our housekeeper will clean the cabin for you. It's a better way to end your vacation rather than spending the last hours cleaning. Access to the private Twain Harte Lake is also included. Contact us to see a video of our property. Rates Standard Rates $180 per night Refundable security deposit of $200 Rental includes admission to the members only lake in Twain Harte. Lake tickets are $5 per day per person and are purchased at the lake. All rates include a cleaning fee and taxes. The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning. Additional fees may apply for pet cleanup or overly dirty conditions. Cancellation Fees: A $200 deposit is required to hold a reservation. There is a $50 fee for cancellations prior to 14 days before the first rental date. There is a $150 fee for cancellations 14 days or less before the first rental date.

Rainbows, mangrove cuckoos, kestrels and red tailed hawks are common sights. Drake's View is centrally located, on Bordeaux Mtn., the highest point on St. John.
