Description:We invite you to come to stay with us, on the foothills of Montgo Natural Park we would like you to experience the Spain that we love. We are on the outskirts of old Javea town. The villa looks to the north up onto Montgo and to the south looks over the valley towards Spanish villages full of character and mountains in the distance. We cater for 1 to 14 people (no single supplement charged), specialising in families or groups we have 5 bedrooms (2 double, 2 family rooms, 1 twin), 3 ensuite bathrooms and 1 bathroom shared between 2 rooms. We can offer you the opportunity to have a holiday where we take the strain of driving and cooking leaving you free to relax and enjoy yourself. We are quite happy to take the backseat and let you occupy yourselves just providing a little advice and information when needed. This is your holiday - let us help you to make it what you want. We are open all year round please contact us to see if we can accommodate you. Accommodation Estrella Lodge Upstairs the master family room with king size bed and 1 or two single beds, en suite bathroom with large walk in shower, double vanity unit and dressing room. Two rooms which share a bathroom, which has a bath with shower over, toilet and pedestal basin. Blue Room. Has two twin beds, large built in wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables. Yellow room. Has one double bed, large built in wardrobe, desk, dressing table and bedside tables. Both rooms have ceiling fans, portable fans and doors to the glazed naya. Downstairs we have two wheelchair accessible rooms. Both rooms have en suite bathrooms with walk in / wheel in showers. All bedrooms have air conditioning Family suite - main room has a king size bed second room has full size bunk beds and a single bed. Green Room, double bed, optionally 2 single beds. Both the family suite and the green room have grab rails in the bathrooms and shower chair or stool available. Upstairs you have access to the glazed naya with private bar with pool table which overlooks the solar heated swimming pool, stools at the bar or comfy chairs are available. Newspapers, novels and magazines for reading, some games are also available. A music centre for radio or CDs is also available. We have a large Tosca stone fireplace in the lounge with Tosca arch to the dining room. You can use the TV which has Sky free channels. You may use the spacious kitchen for tea / coffee etc. We have central heating with radiators in all rooms and of course the open fire in the lounge. The glazed naya has air conditioning. Disabled parking and ramp to front door with gives access to the upper floor where we have the dining room, glazed naya with private bar and access to the BBQ terrace. Downstairs is accessible via a pathway from the car port with a ramp up to the swimming pool and sun terrace. Internally there is a stair lift between the downstairs and upper floor. Both bedrooms donwstairs are suitable for wheelchair access with grab rails in the walk in / wheel in showers. Outside From the lounge you walk out onto the BBQ terrace which looks over the pool and sun terrace. We have tables and chairs on both terraces as well as loungers with cushions round the pool. In the afternoon the palm trees offer some shade round the pool but we also have a number of umbrellas. A further lower terrace is grassed with palm trees and some swings. This leads onto a small paved orchard with orange, lemon and pomegranate trees. Adjacent to which is the full sized tennis court. There is a large front garden with plenty of room for parking and a carport where we keep our speed boat with room for 1 car, with integrated workshop and utility room. The prices quoted are for bed and breakfast (except Dec 25th which is full board) and for all bedrooms apart from the Blue and yellow bedrooms which are charged at 27 in low season and 32 Euros per person per night in peak season. Prices are based on 2 people sharing a room, we offer discounts for additional people / children sharing a room - please contact us for more information or any alternatives, we offer half and full board options, you can also take a room only option (no breakfast) 20% deposit (non refundable) secures booking - remainder to be paid on arrival (in cash). Smoking is allowed, but at the discretion of other guests, but not in bedrooms or kitchen please. Children are very welcome. We have a 2 dogs who both love to be the center of attention if you wish to bring pets please discuss it with us. Accessibility Villa is not specifically designed for wheelchair users but the property is based on one level with only small steps. Outside There is a private pool. The undercover seating area provides shade from the midday sun and a comfortable area to eat and entertain with an outside BBQ and large dining table with comfy chairs. The large patio area provides plenty of space to sunbath on the 6 sun loungers and the relaxing sofas under the pergola are a fabulous place to watch the sunset with a glass of wine. To the front of the house is a drive with off road, covered parking. There is a play area 100 yards from the villa. Guests to arrive no earlier than 1500 (unless by prior arrangement). Booking notes Reservations require a deposit of £200 or 25% to secure a booking. The remaining balance is to be paid 8 weeks before your arrival. A refundable security deposit of £200 is also required 8 weeks before your arrival. This is refunded after your departure, once the keys have been returned and a satisfactory final inspection of the property has been carried out.
