Description:Located on the first floor of an elegant early 20th century palazzo in Via degli Avignonesi, a peaceful side street in the vicinity of Piazza Barberini, Via Veneto and the Trevi Fountain, the recently restructured 170m2 apartment is furnished in an elegant contemporary style and fitted with all mod cons. Sleeping up to 10 people, the apartment overlooks a delightful garden on one side and the courtyard of the palazzo on the other and is thus extremely quiet at all times of the day and night. From the entrance hall, the apartment opens onto a sitting room, furnished with sofas and an LCD satellite TV, which then leads to a dining room furnished with a large wooden table and sufficient leather chairs to accommodate all the guests staying in the apartment. The apartment has five bedrooms: three double bedrooms, one bedroom with twin single beds and one bedroom with a small double bed (140 cm x 190 cm). Passing through one of the bedrooms it is possible to access a terrace overlooking the garden, one of the many hidden behind the facades of the apartment blocks of Rome, another bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. All the bedrooms are furnished with black leather beds and large white wardrobes. The three tastefully furnished bathrooms are all fitted with state of the art showers, one of the bathrooms is also fitted with a washing machine. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, a large fridge freezer and traditional oven and a microwave. The apartment is air conditioned throughout, with each room having its own air temperature control system, and served by a central heating system. The entire apartment is lined with natural parquet flooring making the perfect place to spend time in Rome in the utmost comfort and style. On taking delivery of the apartment the guests will be requested to furnish a deposit of Euro 300 which will be returned on conclusion of their stay, less the cost of any damage to the apartment. The Area One of the most central areas of Rome, Rione Trevi is home to numerous 17th century palazzos, many of which were originally the residences of high ranking members of the church or the nobility. Indeed, Palazzo Colonna, Palazzo Barberini and Palazzo del Quirinale are just three examples of the magnificent architectural heritage of the area. The area also includes many famous squares: the world famous Spanish Steps and the Barcaccia fountain lie just a 5 minute walk from the apartment, while the Triton riding on the backs of four dolphins of the fountain of Piazza Barberini, one of the most magnificent sculptures of Gian Lorenzo Bernini (1642), is also located just a few yards from the apartment. Description:Villa Orkide is in a select semi rural position to the south of the town centre and is within a 400 yards of the main street. At any one time there are only a handful of people using the park. This is our second luxury villa in a more Turkish style with private pool only 300 yards from Villa Zeytin Koru and is set in a walled garden with trees to the front and side offering some privacy to our guests. Although smaller this villa has been designed for every comfort for use all year round, ideal for those romantic short breaks, luxury self catering family holidays and for those extended stays in retirement, or for those extra guests accompanying those staying at Zeytin Koru. The west pfacing 46 square metre pool and Jacuzzi enjoys sunshine most of the day to early evening. r n r nThe accommodation comprises of 2 double bedrooms, with a luxury modern house bathroom, with shower and ground floor shower room, a quality double/​king sofa bed in the main reception room or single folding bed and infant cot if required to comfortably sleep up to 6 people.
