Apartment details (description and PRICE quoted by airbnb is for 1 bedroom with ensuite (and usually EXCLUSIVE use of apartment) any time EXCEPT FOR above periods: Olympics 2012 and any Christmas/New Year when the price changes but you still have exclusive use): The room advertised (there are others sometimes available) is quite large by central London standards (4mx3m) and has a king size bed, 2 wardrobes and a private ensuite bathroom with a power shower, wall hung toilet. designer basin, mirror, etc. The bedroom has lovely views over the private gardens which can be enjoyed from the bedroom's balcony. This is a recently decorated duplex apartment right in the centre of London. I would say that it is 4/5 star hotel suite style accommodation when you see all the extra facilities you have at your disposal - read on to see what they are.... You are slap bang in the middle of London in Covent Garden - which makes seeing all other parts of London a lot easier as there's less distance to go. There are several different tube (metro) lines within 2 mins walk and lots of buses going in all directions. Plus overground train stations a short distance away either walking or going on tube. As you are right in the centre you will save LOADS of money on transport. Public Transport in London is EXPENSIVE so being able to walk to virtually every major tourist destination in town is going save you loads. e.g 1 day travel card zones 1&2 which covers underground, buses, trains etc. costs £8.00 daily or £27.60 weekly!! Multiply that by 2 and you are spending a lot. Much better to just spend the money on a cheap bus fare when really necessary (or even a cab) rather than pay a small fortune daily just to get to the centre. Covent Garden may be buzzing all day and night but the apartment is on a quiet side street, so is peaceful enough for this central location. The main bedrooms are not on the street side of the building so they are very quiet. The apartment is kitted out with all the latest gadgets and stuff that cool apartments should have. Real wood floors, designer lighting, 50 LCD with internet, surround sound/hifi blu-ray, huge funky red leather corner sofa, open plan kitchen with American style fridge freezer w/ice maker and filtered water, wine cooler/cellar, dishwasher, nespresso machine, washer/drier, balcony accessed from lounge with table and chairs overlooking large, beautiful private gardens (see photos) which you have access to! This is almost impossible to have in this part of town! You have Soho at a couple of mins walk but when at home you have none of the noise and drunken chaos of that part of town. So you'll sleep peacefully. Within walking distance: virtually every theatre, the British Museum, Tate Modern, loads more museums, places of historical interest, the river Thames, South Bank, London Eye, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace, cinemas, pubs, literally thousands of shops, boutiques, open air markets, bars, restaurants, clubs - all walking distance. Too many things to list here. And Hoxton/Shoreditch/Camden etc. is not far away by tube, bus or cab (less than 10 mins).... a nice area to visit by day or night but you wouldn't want to sleep there as a tourist! The flat has wifi, cable LAN, washer/drier, dishwasher, dvd rental subscription for that night you may want to stay in, lots and lots of stuff - did I mention the balcony which catches the setting sun every day? All in all a fantastic flat in an incredible location! Not to be missed! There is no private pool - but there is one of the few open air heated pools in London 30 seconds walk away! It's even visible from the apartment - See the photo of the gardens. There is a gym there too with sauna, classes, indoor pool, squash courts. You can get in using a day pass and it works out very cheap. Hey, there are even some open air tennis courts walking distance that can be hired if you're feeling really sporty. Alternatively, you can jog round any of the lovely parks we have nearby - Hyde park, Regents Park, St. James Park and Green Park are all close by. Description:Welcome to Monte Carlo, Monaco! This very centrally located apartment enables you to enjoy the Principality of Monaco and its surroundings in a way that hotels cannot. You can be local in Monac come and go as you want, cook your own food and do your own laundry. This studio is in fact a 1 bedroom apartment with a small kitchen, bathroom and balcony. We use one room as office and the other room as a studio. The office room is not included in the deal and is closed when you are staying here. Hence, we offer this apartment as a 40 square meter studio including a large balcony that has a nice view north towards France and the mountains. We recommend you to have breakfast, lunch and dinner on the balcony - that's what we mostly do when at home. The apartment is located on the fifth floor in an old beautiful building where there is an elevator. The apartment has wireless high-speed Internet, a double bed (160 cm), air-conditioning, television (with basic channels), DVD player, radio/ CD player, full bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer and washing machine, and the apartment features a small kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer, kitchen ware, two cooking plates, steam cooker, water boiler, toaster, blender (for those healthy smoothies), dishwasher, and clean filtered water from the tap (we have installed a special filtering system by Brita). The are four chairs and and two tables on the balcony. Clean bed linen and towels are provided for our guests. In case you prefer to work out at home instead of going to the gym (there are several gyms close to the apartment), please feel free to use our yoga mat, gym mat, swiss ball and weight bar. The apartment is in a great location. On the same street there are cafés, restaurants and shops in abundance. The nearest grocery store (Marche U), which has a great selection of everything that you need during your stay, is approx. 400 meters from the building. When staying in this apartment, you are close to the Casino square and the Métropole shopping center (5 min walk), the public beach of Larvotto (10min walk), the Grimaldi Forum and all the restaurants, bars and clubs at Avenue Princess Grace. In fact, places such as Jimmyz, Sass, American bar, and also the restaurants at the port Hercule are all well within walking distance. During the Formula 1 Grand Prix, if you have seats close to the start grid/ finish line, they are best accessed by foot (and due to the security controls at the gates it will take you about 20 minutes to get there). There are two public parkings close to the apartment: parking Saint Charles is just behind the building, and to parking Oliviers it is one block (1 minute walk). To make your stay even more enjoyable, we keep a small selection of Champagne, wines (white, rosé and red), and beverages ready for you. These can be purchased by you at a moderate fee. (You can choose to either pay by cash or we can deduct the amount from your deposit, as you want.) This apartment is only rented out to trustworthy people. Hence, we reserve the right to decline to renting it out. Deposit required, but will be returned to you provided that the apartment is left in a normal condition (i.e. that it only needs normal cleaning such as vacuuming, changing the bed linen and towels etc., otherwise we will use a professional cleaning service at your cost) and if you have consumed items from our small selection of beverages and paid in cash. Description:This Beach Cottage is a magical place. It sits just 30 steps from the beach and you can hear the ocean at night. It was built in the 1920 s and has been in the same family for 60 years. Its located on a quiet pedestrian walk street. It has been completely renovated with all the modern conveniences. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the 3rd bedroom/studio has its own private entrance. Hardwood floors throughout, fireplace, private courtyard great for outdoor eating with a BBQ, patio furniture, and an outdoor shower. Queen beds in bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in living room.We have an extra air mattress for additional sleeping guests upon request. The 3rd bedroom/studio has its own separate entrance, bathroom and kitchenette which is on the 1st floor. The kitchen has all high end appliances, Sub Zero refrigerator, Meile dishwasher, Wolf stove, and a filtered water system. The neighborhood is the best area of Venice Beach, very quiet and safe. A 60 second walk to great restaurants, cafes, and shops on Washington Bl.. Santa Monica pier amusement park and 3rd Street Promenade shopping Mall is a 10 minute drive, the Marina Del Rey is 2 blocks away, the historical Venice Canals are 1 block away, and we even have a great surf spot a block away. The cottage has all quality linens/towels, we also have DSL, 3 plasma TV s with Direct TV/HBO, DVD, local phone service, washer/dryer, fax, beach chairs, body boards, fishing pole, and bikes can be rented for $50 per week. 1 car garage for small to medium sized cars. Peak Summer: $2650 per week (May 1st to Oct 1st) Off Peak: $2450 per week (Oct 1st to May 1st) Holidays are the same rate as peak. $150 exit cleaning fee 14% local city tax $750 refundable security.

Christmas and Easter 20% additional charge. Customer Reviews: If you have very high expectations that is the place to go to. We stayed there for 10 days, the place is WOW. Very luxurious and clean, the owners are great, they care about all your needs, you are definatelly not just another number there. The house and the location has so much to offer. There is lots of games, toys (for the kids), pool table, everybody had something to do in the evening. The pool was warm and very big. It is a very big and comfortable house. We just felt like in a multi-million-dollar mansion. It is a big property surrounded by palms, we did not feel at all like in those neighbourhoods where the homes are on top of eachother. We also rented the boat with the house, we had a blast. I am very happy with that rental, we definatelly spend our money well and we will try to stay there again. had good time, great house, new, big bedroom, lots of room for everybody, big garden, enjoyed the new boat
