A stunning water feature off the living and dining room, showcasing a beautiful carved buddha face creates an air of calm and serenity. nThe private 10 meter pool includes an integral jacuzzi that sits adjacent to a beautiful sala. The sala, fitted out as one large day bed, provides respite from the heat of the day as well as a fantastic venue for the whole group to come together. The outdoor bar is a great place to enjoy a cocktail as the sun goes down and with the 32 LCD, you can even watch your favourite football team in action while enjoying the benefits of the tropical weather. nThe Villa - Three beautiful bedrooms in the main villa, each with their own modern ensuite bathroom and their own individual style open onto the pool. nA separate garden villa provides two more charming bedrooms and an adjoining TV room. If more beds are required there is even a daybed and trunk bed in the TV room so the garden suite can comfortably accommodate upto six guests. The garden suite comes with a spacious attached bathroom that is the one shared bathroom of the property. The TV room like the main villa living room, is set beneath an elegant Thai style vaulted roof. All rooms in the villa have a TV and DVD player. In the garden suite, there is a 32 inch TV and DVD player in the adjoining TV room. nAn excellent sound system using Denon amps and JBL speakers, give surround sound TV in the living and dining room and can also pipe music to the outside bar and sala. An iPod docking system allows guest to plug into the integral sound system. nThe villa is equipped with mood lighting using a Vantage system that dims and creates a seductive ambience at night. nThe villa is also fitted out with a number of universal power sockets in each room so that for appliances using 240v no adaptors are required. nFree wireless internet is accessible throughout the villa aswell as cable TV in all the bedrooms. Description:A beautifully luminous home which has been tastefully decorated with designer features and quality fittings throughout. nThe open plan living/dining offers a comfortable sitting area with 2 leather sofas (2 and 3 seater) and 3 stylish armchairs. Enjoy the sun coming through the large wooden windows (with their original shutters) or some viewing on the large wall mounted flat-screen TV (with Sky HD, DVD player, X box 360). The colour tone is neutral, with decorated walls and sculptures giving the room an eastern influence. nLeading on from the sitting room is the dining area where a striking white Saarinen table and Kartel chairs seat up to 6 with a view out to the leafy garden. nThe antique smoked oak floorboards carry on into the kitchen which is fabulously equipped with a Smeg double oven and 5 gas burners on the hob, microwave, US fridge/freezer with filtered water dispenser and ice maker. The white Corian worktop provides plenty of preparation space and contrasts nicely against the stainless steel shelving. A Juliet balcony provides a lovely view of the garden below. nDownstairs, the master bedroom is decorated in neutral colours with a feature wall of antique black and white flower print. There's a king-sized-bed with white Italian leather headboard, bedside tables, reading lights and a large wardrobe. The master bathroom is fitted with an ash olive wooden sink, double bath (with shower attachment), heated towel rail and downlights. nChildren will love the wonderfully colourful second bedroom. With white painted wooden floors, the room includes a white (adult-sized) bunk bed, toys and books for little guests to enjoy. There's also access through the double glass doors to the garden. nThe second bathroom has sandstone tiling, a bath (with wall-mounted power shower), big mirror, heated towel rail and quality wooden surfaces. nThere's an additional music room with a piano and keyboard, DVDs and books.
