Description:One of Camps Bay’s original homes, the cottage has been totally revamped into a stylish four bedroom holiday house whilst still retaining its simple, beach-style character. One of the best things about the property is its incredible location. Camps Bay beachfront is very close less than a 200m stroll from the front door down a palm lined walkway. Despite being so close to the buzz, the cottage suffers no noise due to its secluded panhandle location off The Drive, a quiet residential road. From the moment you come in through the front gate and meander along the boardwalks into the large, lush and shady garden, surrounded by views of the Twelve Apostles and Lions Head mountains, you feel as though you have entered a haven. Floating timber decks lead you through the lushest garden imaginable filled with hibiscus, lavender and all sorts of flowers and scents. The property is very different from many of the ultra-modern steel, glass and concrete homes on the Atlantic Seaboard, and it offers a lovely sense of space and peace. As you can see on the photos it is very clear and i want to clarifier one which i did not show on the pictures, that the house has three bedroom of beach front house with large deck for outdoor living It is decorated in fresh, cool color inside and a great garden with swimming pull outside the house. The bright, open main floor of the house has a beautiful floors milky color tile s and tall ceilings. It features the living area, full kitchen, dining area, a half toilet, and huge covered deck space for relaxing together with friends or family members after dinner. The kitchen is well equipped with gas cooking, refrigerator with icemaker,oven, microwave, cookware, dishes, and serving essentials.. And upstair there is hug master bedroom wit a suit bathroom and also inside contain the entrance to enter the master room and a very great sight seeing from the back room and for relaxing In addition the house has a family room with gas fireplace and once again say that the house has a large eating kitchen and spacious living room. lovely bar together with the kitchen funitures backyard with gorgeous space, play garden and relaxing.
