Description:Quietly located on the end of the famous Merville beach, La Coloniale is a splendid beach house rightly positioned in Pereybere for a perfect Mauritius beach holiday. The house is built on a beachfront property, and although sea views are not directly accessible from the house, it is only a very short walk down the garden to access the beach. In fact, only 30 meters separate the villa from the beachfront, and affords more privacy to guests. Built on two levels, the house comprises 5 bedrooms, of which three are on the lower level and 2 are on the first level. Villa La Coloniale is a great holiday house, and popular for its location and beach. Only a short drive from Grand Bay, it lends itself to any type of guest. Great for doing absolutely nothing, as well as a good base for excursions and activities, the house is comfortable without being luxurious. The Master bedroom overlooks the garden and opens onto a small balcony. It comprises an en-suite bathroom and gives it's guests privacy from the rest of the house. On the same level and accessed through the living area is another double bedroom, somewhat more modest, and ideal for a second couple or a child.
