DVD, music and kitchen fitted, washing machine, oven,microwave, internet access illimited and wifi 2mins to the bus stop less than10 mins. to banks, supermarket and pharmacy and medical office 20 mins to go to Grand bay, a tourist place where will can have beautiful beaches, restaurants, hyper market, shopping Malls . 20 mins to Pamplemousses botanical garden visited everyday by many tourist. Many activities such as parasailing, undersea walk, diving,wind surfing,go out on catamaran to Ilot Gabriel, glass bottom boat to discover our lagoon, discotheque,casino and more activities. Description:Located in the seaside village of Tamarin, this cottage offers views of the open salt field of tamarin. The cottage sits on the property of another family house however has a privacy hedges keep the house relatively secluded. The interior was renovated in 2006 and decorated in in a classic cottage style, with tiled floors, an open kitchen and an open floor plan living room. The master bedroom which is on the first floor has a large terrace with ocean views. It has another small bedroom with one single bed. There are two bathrooms with showers (no bath). The house is fully contained with kitchen appliances, washing machine etc. A lovely retreat for those wanting a place to relax after a day at the beach or touring the island! Description:The property is newly built in a complex where there is 24 hours security and a watchman at the gate.It is situated in the north of the paradise island of Mauritius and only 10 minutes from the beach. The place is very quiet and the area is well known for its scenery and fishing. You have all the amenities nearby: hairdresser, florist, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, hotels, bars, bus stops, football play ground, police station, mini market and church. It is a short ride by car or bus to Grand baie where there is the main tourists attractions and night life.
