The house is rented for 2 people 2 sleeping in the mezzanine and 2 in a separate house on the same ground. n nThe name says everything: Beautiful View and sunrise on the horizon, this is our new villa in Rodrigues, neighbour Island of Mauritius. It has a special effect on each visitor when you first see the villa build in a typical style, fresh colours, luxurious furniture, quiet and cosy, made for nature lovers. You need only 8 minutes to get to the most beautiful beach of the Island. You will have to hire a car or motorbike. n nWe rent the house for 2 people for maximum comfort, But 4 more people could also join you. Please read the description of the rooms carefully, as not all bedrooms have the same standard. n nThere is a chimney which you can also use for barbecue and a private pool n nPlease note: the villa has no specific security for children, They love the 3 mezzanines, but those can be a danger for young children. The pool is not secured and the terrace has no fencing. Children are most welcome under your own care and responsibility. n nLorizon is located in 3 Soleils, 5- 10 minutes by car, from the beaches of Fumier, Gravier and St.Francois. The villa is surrounded by nature, guava and mango trees. The next neighbour is 300m away. The view is beautiful, it is calm. The next little shop is 5 minutes away by car and the next bigger village, Mont Lubin about 8 minutes. n nA housemaid and a gardener are at your service. She cooks and cleans the house, he organises fresh fish and lobster, boat tours and fishing in the lagoon. n nRooms: n1) There is the main bedroom with a four poster bed 2 m x 1.80 m with view on the pool and chimney. Enjoy the sunrise from the bed (5:30 am!). n nIn the same room is a Mezzanine with table and chairs, which serves as little office, (low internet through the phone line with your own laptop). Big bathroom with shower, wc, bidet and vestiaire en suite. n n2) Over the entrance/kitchen/TV corner, there is a small mezzanine with a kingsize bed 2 m x 1.80 m.. Shower/WC. TV, DVD, HIFI/Radio/CD Player. n n3) Separately in the same garden, about 20 m next to the main house is a separate house for 2 people, which is made of 1 big room . As in the main house, there is a Mezzanine over the entrance/kitchen/TV corner, with a kingsize bed 2 m x 1.80 m. Shower/WC. TV, DVD, HIFI/Radio/CD Player. n1 child could also sleep under the mezzanine. n nBe aware that the different beddings do not have same standard and might not be appropriate for 3 couples. n nIf you are 2 people ( 2 children) the lower house will stay empty to ensure your comfort. n nWe do have a baby cot. n nThe drive is 200 meters long and can be very muddy slippery. The buildings are situated in 8400 square meters of a carefully maintained beautiful tropical garden to which the properties have direct access from their ground floor terrace. There is a first class swimming pool with overflow. Kenville 19 is situated immediately in front of the swimming pool. The complex is only 50 meters from the sea across the coastal road. From there you can walk on white sandy beaches to PEREYBERE or further north to CAP MALHEUREUX. There is a bus station in front of the complex. It takes 10 minutes to reach GRAND-BAIE and its shopping malls, water-sport facilities, banks, restaurants, casino and discotheques. At 1 P.M fresh fish can usually be purchased on the beach in front of Kenville and at 4.30 P.M when the fishing boats return to shore there is a lively fish market in GRAND-BAIE. r n r nKenville 19 is 130 square meters. r n r nGround Floor: –, well equipped kitchen, living/dining room, terrace leading to the garden, barbecue area and equipment. Description:It is six self catering Bungalows is situated in a Creole fishermen village on the North East coast of Mauritius. These Bungalows are very appreciated, they are independent and have direct access to the sea. You will find shops everywhere, a post Office and a restaurant. Grand Bay is only 15 to 20 minutes to Grand Gaube where you can do shopping and dinner in big restaurants. Accommodation The six Bungalows recently constructed and of high standard have a surface area of 140 Square meter each and have a swimming pool of 15 metres long. The bungalows are on coastal region and have sea view on the lagoon and on deserted Northern Island. The principal room is air conditioned and the bungalow are spacious and there is room for a family and their children. You can swim in the lagoon and have sun bath on the sandy beach situated 100 metres of Banyan. Ground Floor : The living room is spacious. The kitchen is equipped of all necessary commodities for a stay. (refrigerator, gas stove, kitchen utensils, dishes ….) On the ground floor , there are toilets and washbasin and a big terrace where you can admire the vue on the Indian Ocean. 1st Floor : 3 sleeping rooms: The principal room is air conditioned with sea vue and it has a shower with independent toilets and washbasins.
