Description:Located in the seaside village of Tamarin, this cottage offers views of the open salt field of tamarin. The cottage sits on the property of another family house however has a privacy hedges keep the house relatively secluded. The interior was renovated in 2006 and decorated in in a classic cottage style, with tiled floors, an open kitchen and an open floor plan living room. The master bedroom which is on the first floor has a large terrace with ocean views. It has another small bedroom with one single bed. There are two bathrooms with showers (no bath). The house is fully contained with kitchen appliances, washing machine etc. A lovely retreat for those wanting a place to relax after a day at the beach or touring the island! Perfect for a couple with 1 child.

Description:the apartment is set in the tropical garden of our family home,a very short walk from the beautiful mon choisy beach and forest.we love living so close to the best beach in mauritius,near all amenities:shops,restaurants,bank,hotels,bus stops,yet it still feels like an unspoiled natural paradise. Its a short bus ride to grande baie,the islands main tourist town.Its great fun to hire a car,bicycle or scooter,which are all cheap to rent,then explore our beautiful island. Built in 2005,our apartment is set in a quiet road in its own very private garden with patio,living space/kitchen where there is a sofa bed,a double bedroom with aircon and bathroom.The apartment is completely secure.We built our house here because Mon Choisy is one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen!It is paradise to live here :)
