This unique property features 3 air conditioned guest bedrooms with Queen sized beds and en suite, a study (with single bed), two guest bathrooms, an air conditioned lounge/TV room, huge dining area, upstairs and downstairs patio, and two separate covered alfresco areas, and a magnificent viewing tower and private retreat. We offer a free daily breakfast of eggs, toast, coffee or tea. With an excellent fully catered kitchen (meals cost extra), and a fulltime host on hand, everything is in place to make your stay enjoyable. All day self serve filtered cold water, hot tea or coffee and a cooler box with ice can be ordered in advance if you are bringing your own canned drinks or bottles with you. Fresh bedding, towels and basic toiletries are provided on your arrival. (For safety reasons, we do not allow guests to cook on the premises, however you are more than welcome to heat up precooked food in the microwave or toaster oven, or take advantage of our catered food options) Easy access to a secluded beach through a footpath in the forest, a great spot for a bit of fishing, or just a quiet walk along the beach to a nearby fishing village and jetty. (Rods and bait can be made available through advanced booking). The nearest swimming beach we recommend the Blue Lagoon which is only a five minute drive away with the convenience of public toilets, car parking and local food stalls. For the more serious angler, offshore fishing trips on a local fishing ‘sampan’ from the nearby jetty can be arranged by prior booking ( a few days ahead would be best ) depending on weather and sea conditions with approximate costs starting from around US$200.00 for a group of 4 anglers for 4 hours including bait, sandwiches and cold drinks to take along on your short voyage ( actual prices to be confirmed depending on availability ). Or choose to work up a sweat in the evening with some fun on the front lawn. Or for something less strenuous, perhaps enjoy a game of darts, carroms, or stimulate your mind with some backgammon or chess whilst sipping iced lemon tea instead. After a scrumptious dinner, exercise your vocals with a bit of karaoke in the TV room, or just sit back and enjoy a movie. A range of VCD’s are available or bring your own. Bookings should be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance for accomodation. For other main meal options we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. As a courtesy to other guests, smoking is not allowed in the rooms, TV room and dining areas. Guests are welcome to smoke in the upstairs balcony and alfresco and porch areas downstairs. Small pets are allowed, but must be kept outdoors at all times. In no instance will pets be allowed into the house or verandah areas. Guest are responsible for their pets well being at all times.
