Situated on a half acre plus hillside lot by the beach surrounded by lush natural greenery, in a most exclusive neighbourhood in Port Dickson in Kg. TelukPelanduk on the 12 1/2mile PD to Malacca coast road. This unique property features 3 air conditioned guest bedrooms with Queen sized beds and en suite, a study (with single bed), two guest bathrooms, an air conditioned lounge/TV room, huge dining area, upstairs and downstairs patio, and two separate covered alfresco areas, and a magnificent viewing tower and private retreat. We offer a free daily breakfast of eggs, toast, coffee or tea. With an excellent fully catered kitchen (meals cost extra), and a fulltime host on hand, everything is in place to make your stay enjoyable. All day self serve filtered cold water, hot tea or coffee and a cooler box with ice can be ordered in advance if you are bringing your own canned drinks or bottles with you. Fresh bedding, towels and basic toiletries are provided on your arrival. (For safety reasons, we do not allow guests to cook on the premises, however you are more than welcome to heat up precooked food in the microwave or toaster oven, or take advantage of our catered food options) Easy access to a secluded beach through a footpath in the forest, a great spot for a bit of fishing, or just a quiet walk along the beach to a nearby fishing village and jetty. The nearest swimming beach we recommend the Blue Lagoon which is only a five minute drive away with the convenience of public toilets, car parking and local food stalls. For the more serious angler, offshore fishing trips on a local fishing ‘sampan’ from the nearby jetty can be arranged by prior booking ( a few days ahead would be best ) depending on weather and sea conditions with approximate costs starting from around US$200.00 for a group of 4 anglers for 4 hours including bait, sandwiches and cold drinks to take along on your short voyage ( actual prices to be confirmed depending on availability ). Or choose to work up a sweat in the evening with some fun on the front lawn. Or for something less strenuous, perhaps enjoy a game of darts, carroms, or stimulate your mind with some backgammon or chess whilst sipping iced lemon tea instead. After a scrumptious dinner, exercise your vocals with a bit of karaoke in the TV room, or just sit back and enjoy a movie. A range of VCD’s are available or bring your own. Bookings should be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance for accomodation. For other main meal options we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. As a courtesy to other guests, smoking is not allowed in the rooms, TV room and dining areas. Guests are welcome to smoke in the upstairs balcony and alfresco and porch areas downstairs. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms each with private bath (shower) with hot water. The front garden is their own idea of us is created, with terraces and balconies from teak furniture, waterfall with fish pond, garden dimmable lighting, and many green plants. The bedrooms have air conditioning, refrigerator with Minibarservice and safe. The kitchen is fully equipped, like home. Large fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, rice cooker, microwave, gas cooker with oven and all kinds of tableware and accessories, even a washing machine is available. It hardly needs to be left open. The cleaning is done 2x a week. Even cable TV, wireless Internet, phone & fax, Stereo, DVD players are available to them. We are personally committed to issues and problems at any time. The Vacationhouse was in mid 2010 completely renovated. All furnishings are new or like new. (End of May 2010) The Townhouse is situated in a quiet terraced village about 100m from Lake Samui away. The nearest beach is about 800m. Everything you want is within 10-15 minute walk reaches. Whether sports activities, restaurants, markets and 'Nightlife'. In our small front garden you will find a small oasis, with lots of green plants and flowers and a waterfall with fish pond. A justable lighting and seating and teak hammock and barbecue invite you to stay a while. There are different types of daily meals offered on the doorstep, from the sharp Papaya salad over grilled chicken with sticky-rice to various Thai dishes.

The design of the 400 square meter (4,500 square foot) Villa is a synthesis of traditional and contemporary style, featuring a traditional Indonesian wooden shingle roof. The Villa is very light and airy, due to its many generously large windows and doors. We have used the finest natural building materials in its construction. The frames and doors (beautifully carved) are from teakwood and there is a marble floor throughout the villa. The Villa is completely air-conditioned and tastefully furnished with antiques, wooden masks and statues, selected paintings, old photographs and personal artifacts collected from all over Indonesia. The ground floor accommodates the living and dining room, kitchen and four bedrooms. The dining table is large enough to seat 8 guests.
