Description:My self-designed somehow unusual Villa > 2 large bedroom 1 small room > plunge pool terrazzo Jacuzzi > SELFCATERING but cleaning and fresh bed linen & towels provided is a nice modern house as part of 2 houses under 1 typical large alang-alang roof (I live next door) and is located in Kerobokan / Umalas along the sawah / subak (= irrigation canal for the rice-fields), nestled along a small side street of the Umalas jalan Bumbak and having distant ocean / Bukit / Uluwatu view .... a still quiet area between Seminyak and Canggu away from the hectic traffic of Seminyak/Petitenget & Canggu BUT still very practical to reach all places DESCRIPTION > AC in each bedroom, - one large suite of 36,5m2 with a king size bed on 1st floor. AC - one good sized room 27m2 with a queen size bed on ground floor. AC - one smaller 8,5m2 room (possible 120x200cm bed or possible for massage or to make little office) on ground floor. AC. (Now table 2 chairs I use as place for my laptop-work) > furnished with teak and merbau furniture > small garden with a nice wooden 12m2 terrace next to the Jacuzzi and plunge pool wooden outside shower, a large pond with water feature and a wall Buddha waterfall in between the 2 building units > a lovely 25m border with picturesque rice field terraces distant ocean - Bukit - Uluwatu view and when no clouds MOUNT AGUNG ....
