Description:Quiet neighborhood, but Phnom Penh is small enough that you get to all the main sights in under 10 minutes. We have a lot of volunteer doctors, teachers, and lawers that have stayed with us, and love this place as a short-term home whilst they are working in Phnom Penh. We also have tourists stay for a week or two at a time, and equally love the homey feel to the place. We employ a cleaner 6 days a week and we have a communal kitchen, refrigerator, gas stove, living room with bar, book exchange, drinks fridge, flat screen tv preloaded with 100s of movies, large balcony with an amazing view of Phnom Penh! We have 4 rooms total, but the availability is different for each room. Room 2 will be available mid May until July 23. The other rooms are fully booked from now until August 12th. Room 4 on the top floor with 2 washrooms, private living room and balcony is available for rent from the end of August until the end of October.
