Description:My brand-new condo unit will be turned over to me at the end of April 2012. It is located in Taguig, Metro Manila...only a 5-minute drive from the Fort/Bonifacio Global City, 15 minutes from the Central Business District of Makati, and 15 minutes from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and Resort's World/Newport City. The subdivision of Cedar Crest is located within Acacia Estates, an area that consists of all brand-new residential condominums, townhomes, and houses. Within Acacia Estates are the subdivisions Rosewood, Royal Palm, Mohogany, and of course Cedar Crest. The area is safe, quiet, and clean--tucked away in the outskirt of the business district but close enough to get anywhere quickly. Cedar Crest is the latest development of DMCI (a reputable Philippine developer) in this area and is a resort-type subdivision consisting of 10 mid-rise buildings, a clubhouse with complimentary wifi access, 2 pools (1 lap pool and a leisure pool) with lounge beds and cabanas, badminton court, and a basketball court. Parking is available upon request for a minimal fee. A shuttle service is also available going to the Fort for only Php100.00 provided by Acacia Estates. Laundry shop, convenience store, and gym are located in the basement of the clubhouse. Audio visual function room is also available through the building administration for a fee and can be used for intimate functions or just karaoke sessions with friends. The unit is 60sq./m with 2-bedrooms, and a balcony. The master's bedroom has a full sized bed good for 2 persons and a closet. It is equipped with an individual air conditioning unit and has access to the balcony. The guest bedroom has a sofa bed which converts to a single bed and a closet. It also has an individual air conditioning unit and a window which looks out onto the balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a hot water heater for warm/hot relaxing showers. The living room/dining area has a sofa which can sleep one (if he/she is willing to crash on the couch), 32 LED TV for everyone to enjoy, and a 4-seater dining table. The kitchen has a refrigerator and freezer, 2-burner eleectric stove top, and microwave. Dishes, utensils, pots and pans are included in the unit's amenities. Cleaning services are available upon request for a minimal fee for guests staying below 30 days. For guests staying more than 30 days, complimentary cleaning sevice is provided every 10 days for change of bed sheets and cleaning of the unit. Towels are available upon request. All appliances and furniture is brand new! Be one of the first to enjoy this beautiful unit in a fantastic location in Metro Manila. My family owns a private car rental service should you wish to have a car and driver take you around the city or even on roadtrips outside Metro Manila to the nearby beaches (about 2 hours drive). I am a great host and as I am working in Makati only 15 minutes from the area, I am available after my working hours. I can even show you the sites and recommend great places to eat and things to do!
