Description:Villa Anthony Widiadari consists of 2 seperate buildings. The main building has a spacious living area with an exit to the garden and the swimming pool. From the garden the visitor has a breath-taking view of the surrounding rice paddies. r n r nNext to the living area is the cooking area. The cooking experience is augmented by top of the line and modern equipment (cooker, microwave, blender, toaster, etc). From the kitchen the guests have access to the cosy dining area. r n r nThe main building is equiped with a toilet. r n r nThe air-conditioned bedroom is equiped with a king-sized bed. Shades garantee an undisturbed rest even during daytime. The dressing room offers enough room to house your garderobe. r n r nThe marble bathroom is fitted with an egg-shaped bath, a seperate shower and a toilet. A hairdryer, make-up mirror, cotton towels, etc are present. r n r nThe second building, the guest building, has direct access to the garden and the swimming pool. This building contains an air-conditioned study from where Internet access is possible. The bedroom (also with airco) and the bathroom offer the same level of comfort and luxury as the rooms in the main building. r n r nThe marble decorated bathroom contains an interesting exotic feature. The hot and cold water taps are implemented as 2 exotic statues. Above the bath the special rain-shower offers relaxation r nand cooling down. Description:Our vacation house is located on Hin Ngam hill on the north-west corner of the Koh Phangan, about twenty minutes drive from Thong Sala and the ferry to/from Koh Samui. The location provides stunning views across Chaloklum Bay and a unique balance between seclusion and convenience. A three minute drive to the west brings you to Koh Maa and the Mae Haad Beach, where you can snorkel directly off the beach over the coral of Koh Phangane28099s only National Marine Park. 2.1km East of our house is Chaloklum Village with restaurants, pubs and convenience stores. Between our house and Chaloklum Village you find Malibu Beach (1.6km from our house), a great place to get a light meal or relax in the shade with a drink. n nFor more information please see our website. n nOur two bedroom vacation house was designed to be as efficient with space as possible while still providing a feeling of openness and comfort. A central entry area with a daybed and desk gives the house a sense of arrival while providing flexible-use space (the e2809cstudye2809d can be closed off with folding shutters and doors to be used as an additional single bedroom). To the right of the entry are the Upper Bedroom and Bathroom. As you turn left and progress down three steps into the open plan living area, the views open dramatically to the ocean. The living area connects directly to shaded outdoor areas through nearly 6m of folding glazed doors, allowing for a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. A staircase leads from the deck to a separate Lower Bedroom with ensuite bathroom. n nThe house was designed to maintain privacy while taking advantage of the views afforded by Hin Ngam. Established trees and shrubs (mostly existing vegitation, carefully maintained during construction) screen the views to and from the adjacent properties, provide shade for the house, and help the house to feel as though ite28099s perched in the canopy of the surrounding forest. Privacy screens and window placement enhance the overall feeling of seclusion while framing views to different parts of the property and beyond. The house was designed with deep overhangs, shade devices and reflective roof coatings to reduce unwanted heat from the sun, while operable windows carefully located throughout the house allow for cross ventilation, further reducing the need for air conditioning. Rainwater is collected and stored for use in large tanks under the house and on the roof. Rooftop solar panels charge a deep cell battery array which supplies power to the refrigerator and a set of emergency lights which can be used during power outages. Low flow bathroom fixtures and a solar assisted hot water heater help to minimize our use of water and energy, further reducing the impact of the house. n n

Description:Full two bedroom home in San Antonio, Zambales. Only one year old, it is fully airconditioned and very comfortable. Situated on a rice farm it is far away from big cities, yet close to Subic and Olongapo City. Near the South China Sea coast line of the island of Luzon. It has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and nearby farms. These farms are active and you will see farmers using carabao to do their farming. Our next door neighbor has a mango tree that is at least 100 years old. Our property has about 25 young fruit trees and some of the are producing. There is a small creek that runs through our property and you can see the caraboa lounging in the water. Because it is near the ocean there is usually a nice breeze blowing to mitigate the heat. There is an outdoor BBQ pit that you can cook your pork or beef or turkey or chicken. The caretaker can help you do many of the things that will be fun.
