Description:Maple Retreat is a two year old specious executive two storey, four bedroom house located in the prestigious, award winning, alpine inspired Silver Ridge. A corridor leads to a bathroom and to the laundry room with a door off the laundry room providing access to the garage. The laundry room is equipped with separate washer and dryer and also has a wet area, for the storage of exterior clothing and footwear. Also located off the entrance reception are the study, and the staircase to the second floor. The forest includes a number of trails ranging from 1.4 km to 6.5 km in distance, to suit all levels of experience, the North Alouette River, six main lakes, and several smaller watersheds. nGolden Ears Provincial Park is a ten minute drive from Maple Retreat, and is one of the largest parks in the Province of British Columbia, some sixty two thousand hectares in size. Golden Ears Provincial Park is prized for its recreational opportunities, which includes an extensive system of trails providing excellent opportunities for hiking, off road cycling, and horseback riding. Alouette Lake is popular for swimming, windsurfing, water-skiing, canoeing, boating and fishing. Rentals are available for canoes, kayaks and pedal boats. The park also provides a number of picnic areas where camp fires are allowed.
