Description:Simple and cheap place with the view on the sea on the beautiful island KRK in northern CROATIA seaside. Krk is named the golden island because of beautiful nature, professional tourist services, long tradition of tourism, lot of antique and middle age and early Christian period monuments, nice small cities with charm and personality situated close one to other – every 15 km you have another city or village attract curios travelers to discover them. It is very convenient for those who coming by car because highway connect Europe with Rijeka ( big city on the mainland - also nice to see it, especially Opatijska rivijera and its lungomare.) After that you have only 40 min to our place. Island Krk is connected with a bridge with mainland which makes easiest way of traveling. Having vacation on Krk you have advantage to enjoy the sea and the virgin nature but in the same time you can choose cultural happenings and festivals in the cities near by. So whatever interest you have you will find it here. ( see text on the end - some tips what to see on island ) The property is in Malinska, small place with nice and clean sea, warm all the time because it is situated on the north of island , facing mainland and island Cres, so it is not on the open sea and it is always protected of the bad weather. Malinska has good service, lot of groceries, restaurants, konoba s - typical Croatian places for eating local food, pizzerias, bakeries, shops with cakes and ice creams, old church, banks, post office, tourist offices, exchange offices, so you can feel comfortable. There are lot of organized tours by boat for getting around for one day trips. There are different types of beaches: from crowded one with all service and water playing you can imagine to the distant and wild nature beaches with virgin nature, cleanest sea and bluest sky that you can enjoy to be alone in the piece in the beautiful nature. They are out of the place but still you can reach them by walking. The apartment is situated very close to the center, 15 min walking. To the nearest public beach it is also only 15 min walking. It is in the small street without traffic. Across the street there is a forest and.you can enjoy silence once you are inside the apartment and you want to take a rest after long sunny day. It has large entrance corridor, 2 small bedrooms, bathroom, and open space living room with the kitchenette and dining area. It is on the first floor of family house, has a separate entrance. The entire floor is one apartment. Bedrooms are facing very quite street and the forest, living room has a big balcony and it is facing private garden. It is a wonderful view on Mediterranean green plants of the garden, and also you can see a sea and in the big distance you can see mainland (Rijeka and Opatija ). The view is especially wonderful during the night with lot of lights of the connected cities on the mainland. It is convenient for the families with bigger children. Also is convenient for young couples or for the group of 4 friends and everybody else who need cheap accommodation and doesn't need anything new and special. It is furnished in the simple way, but very spacy and full of light.
