Villa can easily accommodate 8 10 persons in the area of cca 580m which consists of 4 spacious bedrooms (each with its own bathrooms equipped with Jacuzzi bathtubs) and two living rooms. Three bedrooms and main living room with dining area are on the first floor, while one bedroom with its own living room and direct access to swimming pool is on the ground floor. All spaces are modern designed and hi tec equipped. We should also mention that main living dining area is an open, glass ceiling space equipped with dining table for 12 persons where, while dining, you are enriched with a breathtaking view over the bay. In front of the Villa is a 550m2 terrace with a heated swimming pool of 100m2.
