Description:The apartment is located in part of Dubrovnik called Montovjerna, which is a small hill with residential houses at the 15 min walk from the old city. It is in a quite side street, and the apartments of the house are protected from the city noise by surrounding thick stone walls and inner yard. The house has 6 similar apartments, all having a nice view of the hills around Dubrovnik to the north of the city, and of beautiful pine trees in the city bellow the hill. When you enter the house, there is an inner yard from which all 6 apartments have their respective entrances. The three person studio consists of one space in which there is a high quality double bed, a single bed, dining table and the kitchen niche. There is also a bathroom with a shower cabin and a terrace with a nice view. For your convenience, there is a small shop just next to the main entrance to the house. Down the hill, at the distance of 300m, there is the first beach. Several other beaches are reachable by a short bus ride. There are several hotels, many restaurants, cafes and shops in this part of Dubrovnik, and the old city is easy to reach. This is a very nice place where from you can easily explore different parts of Dubrovnik and its surroundings. There is a TV and Wi Fi internet connection, and a parking place in front of the house.
