The villa also has a furnished terrace offering great views plus 2 parking spaces on-site. Walking and cycling can be enjoyed everywhere and bicycles are at your disposal at the villa. Just 450 meters away you can do your grocery shopping and within a radius of 5 km, in the bustling town of Piestany, you’ll find famous spa resorts with different springs and spa treatments, beaches, several restaurants, tennis courts, opportunities for horseback riding , golf, water sports, supermarkets, ATMs and more. This very special and beautifully-designed (by a famous Slovak architect) villa has everything you could wish for: luxurious accommodation, beautiful and clean nature, swimming, and spa treatments throughout the year. From the main entrance on the first floor you enter a spacious hall where you’ll find a staircase leading to 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and fitted wardrobes, the other have two single beds each and fitted wardrobes. Three of these bedrooms have direct access to the furnished balcony of 25m2, which almost extends the entire length of the villa , which is very special! The stylish and luxurious bathrooms on this floor each have a shower, sink and toilet. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub. Through the open staircase you enter the spacious ground floor which contains a cozy living room, dining room and kitchen. The entire ground floor is an open space, from where you have access to the terrace. The cozy living room has a comfortable sofa, designer fireplace, flat screen TV and DVD player. The dining area consists of a table with 8 chairs and is adjacent to the open kitchen which has all the modern conveniences such as a refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, induction cooker and kettle as well as plenty of utensils. Beside the kitchen there is a room with a washer and dryer. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor as well. Outside on the furnished terrace you can enjoy plenty of peace and quiet and sunshine. Towels, kitchen towels, bed linen, children's bed and highchair are available and included in the price. The villa is very well equipped in every detail and has many unusual and unique architectural features. The villa is located in the quiet village of Ducove, within easy reach (5 km) of various facilities and activities. Directly from the villa you can undertake wonderful excursions, on foot, by bike or by car. The surroundings are also ideal for fantastic walks among nature. After a day of culture spend some time in Trenčín or Trnava (40 km), or head over to the capital of Slovakia, Bratislava (90 km), which is certainly worth a visit. A deposit of 250 euro and a cleaning fee of 90 euro must be paid to the administrator upon arrival. You can make an option booking of a maximum of 48 hours, if you choose an arrival date more than 7 days in the future. You can make your reservation definite within these 48 hours or cancel it if you wish. Within 7 days of arrival it's not possible to make an option booking. All reservations within 7 days of arrival are definite and cannot be canceled without charge. Please note: the rates do not include the mandatory hirers' liability insurance. This small amount is a percentage of the rental sum starting from 10 Euros per reservation.
