Description:The apartment is situated on the second floor of a grand apartment block and less than a 3 minute walk from the Franklin Roosevelt Metro Station on the Champs Elysees. The main entrance hallway, with wooden floors, leads through into the Living Room and the Study and the bright and comfortable living/dining room has wooden floors with fireplaces, and French windows looking out over the balcony to the street below. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and American style fridge freezer with integrated filtered water and ice maker. There is also a small breakfast table for 4 people. The Master Bedroom faces to the street and has a King size 4 poster bed and an en suite bathroom with WC, twin basins and shower. The second bedroom has twin beds with can be zipped together to form a double bed. The room faces the internal courtyard and has an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, and basin. There is also a separate WC. The Study/TV room boasts a 42” Plasma TV with Cable channels and DVD and Blu ray player, and an I Pod docking station with surround sound. Description:Welcome to Monte Carlo, Monaco! This very centrally located apartment enables you to enjoy the Principality of Monaco and its surroundings in a way that hotels cannot. You can be local in Monac come and go as you want, cook your own food and do your own laundry. This studio is in fact a 1 bedroom apartment with a small kitchen, bathroom and balcony. We use one room as office and the other room as a studio. The office room is not included in the deal and is closed when you are staying here. Hence, we offer this apartment as a 40 square meter studio including a large balcony that has a nice view north towards France and the mountains. We recommend you to have breakfast, lunch and dinner on the balcony - that's what we mostly do when at home. The apartment is located on the fifth floor in an old beautiful building where there is an elevator. The apartment has wireless high-speed Internet, a double bed (160 cm), air-conditioning, television (with basic channels), DVD player, radio/ CD player, full bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer and washing machine, and the apartment features a small kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer, kitchen ware, two cooking plates, steam cooker, water boiler, toaster, blender (for those healthy smoothies), dishwasher, and clean filtered water from the tap (we have installed a special filtering system by Brita). The are four chairs and and two tables on the balcony. Clean bed linen and towels are provided for our guests. In case you prefer to work out at home instead of going to the gym (there are several gyms close to the apartment), please feel free to use our yoga mat, gym mat, swiss ball and weight bar. The apartment is in a great location. On the same street there are cafés, restaurants and shops in abundance. The nearest grocery store (Marche U), which has a great selection of everything that you need during your stay, is approx. 400 meters from the building. When staying in this apartment, you are close to the Casino square and the Métropole shopping center (5 min walk), the public beach of Larvotto (10min walk), the Grimaldi Forum and all the restaurants, bars and clubs at Avenue Princess Grace. In fact, places such as Jimmyz, Sass, American bar, and also the restaurants at the port Hercule are all well within walking distance. During the Formula 1 Grand Prix, if you have seats close to the start grid/ finish line, they are best accessed by foot (and due to the security controls at the gates it will take you about 20 minutes to get there). There are two public parkings close to the apartment: parking Saint Charles is just behind the building, and to parking Oliviers it is one block (1 minute walk). To make your stay even more enjoyable, we keep a small selection of Champagne, wines (white, rosé and red), and beverages ready for you. These can be purchased by you at a moderate fee. (You can choose to either pay by cash or we can deduct the amount from your deposit, as you want.) This apartment is only rented out to trustworthy people. Hence, we reserve the right to decline to renting it out. Deposit required, but will be returned to you provided that the apartment is left in a normal condition (i.e. that it only needs normal cleaning such as vacuuming, changing the bed linen and towels etc., otherwise we will use a professional cleaning service at your cost) and if you have consumed items from our small selection of beverages and paid in cash. Sleeps 7 in total. This 3-level stone Villa, exquisitely decorated in whitewash cottage flair, is situated on fully-landscaped grounds of 500 m², the corner lot of a six villa gated complex. This romantic and elegantly furnished house has a very welcoming feel. Just 90 minutes away from Athens, it is the ideal solution for families and couples year-round with breathtaking views and swimming, snorkeling, wind-surfing, kite-surfing, water-skiing, hiking and sightseeing opportunities. Entering the house on the 2nd floor is a comfortable living room with a wood-burning functional fireplace, a dining area with a table that can sit 6-8 people, a fully equipped open kitchen with electric stove top, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker as well as a small washroom. Through the living room you can exit to the large covered balcony (20m2) with breathtaking views of the Argolis bay. The balcony has its own large sitting and dining area that can comfortably hold up to 8 people for dinning and relaxing while taking in the magnificent view. This balcony faces east and is ideal for watching the sunrise or the moonrise over the water. At this level, there is also a fully landscaped back yard with trees and flowers, a cozy and cool area ideal for breakfast during the summer months with great views of the water and surrounding mountains. Through an internal staircase you access the ground level which has three bedrooms and one large bathroom with double sinks, toilet and shower. Outside there is an additional open shower to wash off when returning from swimming, and a washer and collapsible liner to clean and dry your cloths. The first bedroom sleeps up to 2 people, has air conditioning and overlooks the garden and water the 2nd bedroom is ideal for a kid or one person and also has side views of the garden and water the 3rd bedroom in the front of the house is a large room with sea and garden views that can comfortably sleep two people. All bedrooms are fully equipped with closets, bookcases and TVs and overlook the Argolis bay. A family of 4 could ideally sleep on this floor, every child having his/her own bedroom. The upper level is the master suite, a chalet-like big loft (40m2) with a queen metal bed, large desk, fully equipped bathroom with shower as well as closets, air-conditioning, TV and DVR. A great bedroom for couples or parents with older kids who can sleep comfortably on their own at the lower floor. The outdoor areas of the house consist of a fully landscaped garden with trees and blooming flowers. There is a large outdoor kiosk-dining area with a table that can accommodate 10 people for dinner made on the brick barbeque a few steps away. There is plenty of room on the garden for children to play and a basketball that can offer hours of fun for everyone –that is if you can stop looking at the overpowering view... The villa also has central heating, a gardener to take care of the landscape and offers its own filtered water tanks to make sure there is always clean and plenty water. A wi-fi internet connection is available free of charge. Patio doors lead out to the terrace, pool and gardens. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with filtered water on tap, fridge freezer, coffee machine, microwave & oven with gas hob, and overlooks the gardens surrounding the property. There is also a small courtyard housing the washing machine and laundry drying area. There is also a separate wc & hand basin next door to kitchen. There is a useful adjacent outside shower, plenty of sun loungers and a dining table with a pull down canopy for shading that is perfect for enjoying al-fresco meals cooked on the barbecue. Steps lead to the secluded roof terrace which offers magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean and Vale do Milho countryside, and space for sunbeds. We can offer a fabulous welcome Food Pack on request. There is an additional charge of £120 per week for air conditioning and £140 per week for pool heating. Description:The apartment is located 700 meters (less than a 10 min. walk) from the blue flag beach of Playa La Mata Torrevieja, on the Costa Blanca South. There is a beautiful pool and well looked after gardens with flower beds. There are prom bars, restaurants and several beach bars actually on the beach. The holiday apartment is situated at the brow of a hill, hence the beautiful view of the Med. No problem to my wife and I (oap,s) but the elderly and infirm may find it rather steep. A car is not essential as there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets and beach all in close proximity. Within a short walk you will find Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish and, of course, English restaurants. There is a supermarket 3/4 minutes away and several others within a 15 minute walk. The Costa Blanca is noted for it's beautiful blue flag beaches. Once at the beach, you can walk for several kilometers along the beautiful sands stopping at the beach bars on the way. By car you can visit the many coastal resorts up and down the Costa Blanca Coast. There are some really nice places well worth visiting. There are 2 bus services. Only 3/4 minutes to the bus stop to take you into Torrevieja. To La Mata centre stroll through the Water Park on your way. A really nice walk. You will pass the Mississippi bar/restaurant. This restaurant is well worth an evening visit. A bit more pricey but good value.
