At ground level there is a large double garage for off road parking. A flight of stairs takes you to the games floor level where you can play snooker and table tennis whilst still enjoying the panoramic Mediterranean views. On this floor there is also a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room as well as a small kitchenette with a fridge. Another short flight of steps takes you to a breathtaking terrace equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, shaded comfortable seating, an alfresco dining area with stone BBQ and a turquoise swimming pool. Inside the villa the spacious open plan living room and fully fitted contemporary kitchen has huge sliding doors which open up to bring the outside in and the inside out. On this floor there is also a separate utility room with washing machine, a downstairs wc and shower. Also a twin bedroom with ensuite and sliding doors opening onto the terrace. Upstairs you will find three stunning double bedrooms all with ensuite shower rooms (one also has a bath as well as the wet room style shower) and private balconies. On this floor there is also a smaller bedroom with bunk beds. This room is perfect for children but the beds are full size and with the additional shower room downstairs it could easily accommodate adults. On the top floor of this amazing property you will find another small kitchenette, a wc and a roof terrace like no other with a raised Turkish style shaded seating area from which to lie back and watch the sea, the sky and the stars! The villa is fully air conditioned and is equipped with a satellite TV (all UK BBC & ITV channels including SkySports) DVD player and large flat screen and has wireless internet connection. Services The rental price of the villa includes daily rubbish removal with a full clean mid week and linen and towel change at the end of the week. We also offer a laundry and ironing service for a small extra charge. Pool towels are supplied. The pool, sun terrace and gardens are maintained on a daily basis. We offer an early morning fresh bread delivery service as well as our take away and home delivery service from The Korsan Meze. BBQ Service For those lazy lunch times or evenings when you want to stay by the pool Korsan offers a BBQ service. To save you the shopping and preparation, we will deliver prepared and marinated meats to your door as well as a selection of Turkish meze dishes and salad, washed, chopped and prepared. If you don’t want to do the cooking yourself a member of the Korsan team can prepare and light the BBQ and do the cooking for you. This service is offered without a fixed charge but a ‘tip’ for the chef would be appreciated. Please place your order at least one day in advance of your BBQ.

A well-preserved example of Renaissance architecture, the 16th century complex is structured with a central main building flanked by arcaded wings. A large, independent three-story apartment in the left wing is available for rental. It is furnished with antiques, period paintings, and objets d 'arts that have been in the family since the 16th century. The apartment was restored in 1990 and partially refurbished in 2003. Most rooms have original parquet floors and ceilings with plaster moldings. The bathrooms are done in hand painted Vietri tiles and have new fixtures. A member of the Marcello family resides in a separate part of the villa and is available to welcome guests and offer assistance during their stay. On the opposite wall there is a Liberty church stainedglass window and through two antique stone halfcolumns the entrance to the magnificent lounge room. nLounge/Dining room nThis room, which is 80 sq mtrs, has to the right a large 18thC dinign table with 8 17thC walnut chairs and 2 armchairs covered in velvet and orginating from a Florentine villa where tthe famous poet Gabriele D Annunzio lived for a certain period with Eleonora Duse. In this section of the room on the right hand wall there is a peperino vincellaro from the Lazio region wehre they used to keep wine and water. It also has a stone basin with running water. There is also an important wardrobe of the 16thC with 2 large drawers where crockery and glassware etc are kept. Between the two sections of the room there is an elegant Louis XV walnut table. There is a late Empire moghany wardrobe and two Luigi Filippo bedside tables. Notice also a particular freize in walnut above the door figuring an equestrian subject. nNorth verandah nThe green bedroom leads onto a north facing verandah with a suggestive view over the pool especially in the night when the pool is illuminated and in the distance the small hill side towns are lit up. A special place to enjoy dinner. nSouth verandah nThe kitchen leads onto a southerly facing verandah which looks onto the valley and the small medieval hill top town of Monsummanoi Alto with a Romanic church. The paintings are French, the 18thC walnut wardrobe is from Piedmont and the chest of drawers is Liberty.This room shares the bathroom of the pink bedroom. nRed bedroom nThe bathroom has two doors, one for the blu and one for the pink bedroom. A multifuinctional Jacuzzi tub and shower with chromo and ozono therapy.Above the bath there is an oval stone window with a lovely view out over the valley and olive trees. nYellow bedroom nThis is the master bedroom and it is 30 sq mtrs. The bedroom itself has a very tall Piedmonte 18thC oak wardrobe, a king-size brass bed above which hangs a large Madonna and Child ,an oil painting of the Bologna school of the 17thC. In front of the bed is a French window with a lovely view over the Southern valley and up to Monsummano Alto which is illuminated at night.On one side of the window there is a 17thC red velvet chair and on the other side there is a 17thC chest of drawers. The room is finished with antique prints, paintings and a large persian carpet. The Bolognese walnut 17thC little table is below the second window. Note the 2 laquered Neapolitan doors if the 18thC.This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a Turkish bath with Jacuzzi shower, aroma and chromo therapy and there is magnificent view of the valley through the large double window. nEach room has its own heating and air conditioning units and the possibility of summing up the electricity and gas consumption. nThe villa has an exclusive perimeter and house allarm which is connected to the police via radio and telephone. Description:This comfortable, four-bedroom Amalfi apartment, one of two apartments for rent in an Amalfi Coast villa, is situated in the heart of Praiano, an ancient, tranquil fishermen 's village situated halfway between Amalfi and Positano. The village consists of clusters of small, domed, whitewashed houses that cling to the rocky cliffs, high above the sea. And don 't worry about grocery shopping until you 're ready... this apartment comes stocked with provisions for a couple of meals, so all you have to do is arrive and relax! n n(40 m2 patio) To reach the house from the main road, there is a 50-meter walk through a narrow alley, followed by a staircase of 25 steps that lead down to a large, paved patio at the back of the house.
