Backing onto the 12th hole of the championship Playacar golf course designed by Robert van Hagge, Villas del Mayab is also the closest group of villas within walking distance (less than 5 min) to the vibrant 5th Ave, the heart beat of Playa del Carmen, and only 250 metres from the nearest beach. nA 3-5 min stroll along a direct stone path (accessed from the end of the driveway), surrounded by tropical greenery will take you to the nearest public beach with amenities - Fishermen's Beach, which is Playa's quietest beach.
