Description:Seven Seas is a small very lovely condominium property located along the soft white sand beach of South Akumal, Just 2 miles south of Akumal proper. This quiet gated community is situated along a lovely stretch of beach with easy access to great snorkeling and is home to only private villas and Seven Seas Condominiums. Seven Seas #1 is located on the main floor within just a few steps of the large ocean side swimming pool and the white sand beach. On the palm-lined beach are lounge chairs, and a palapa with a hammock. From the living and dining area and master bedroom you can enjoy the incredible views and striking contrast of turquoise sea, green palms and white sand beach. There is a very large, very private, covered patio, which provides a great space for entertaining or relaxation. The poolside patio is furnished with table and cushioned chairs and is a great spot for relaxing and gazing out at the Caribbean Sea. The NEWLY REMODLED kitchen of Seven Seas #1 faces the emerald green of the jungle side and is fully equipped with a new four-burner stove, large microwave, and new large capacity refrigerator with great ice-making capabilities if you are looking to hone your margarita skills. The sound of the birds and the fountain float into the kitchen area while you prepare meals. Purified drinking water is provided. The kitchen opens to the comfortable dining and living areas which then lead to the patio. The master bedroom is furnished with king bed. From the master bedroom you can enjoy the ocean view. The guest bedroom is furnished with two single beds. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and enjoy private en-suite baths. There is also a queen size inflatable air bed available for US$25/night to accomodate a 5th guest. Seven Seas #1 is slightly smaller than the other units at Seven Seas. Additionally, it sits at the far north end of the complex. For these reasons, it is priced lower than other units in the complex. However, our guests have enjoyed the privacy of the patio and always feel that they enjoy all of the amenities and comforts of a high end property for a mid range rate. Seven Seas 1 also now has SKY Mexico TV, and if you ask Miguel the manager, he will give you the access code to his WiFi internet connection which you can access from the condo. See RATES. LA CASITA is a completely furnished studio in the exquisitely beautiful private inner courtyard of Villa Chuparosa.. The bedroom area has a double bed & excellent storage & is next to the big really pretty bathroom. The kitchenette has top quality small appliances as listed under amenities. Each new reservation gets new kitchen cleaning supplies & the bathroom steam cleaned. The reading area has a unique raised coffee table on casters for cards or computer.. A 2nd built-in table with 2 stools doubles the work space. Just outside is a table with umbrella next to the pool & with a close view of the hummingbird feeder & the platform feeder in the Jungle Garden. n n The unusual call early each A.M. of the Yellow Winged Cacique, found only in this part of Mexico, announces a breakfast of bananas - a favorite of orioles (4 species) & butterflies as well, Early each AM, with seed for many exotic song birds, Jerry is filling feeding stations when in residence Nov - May. The bi-lingual caretaker/handyman is here during the summer months to take care of guests, pool, & grounds.. n n VILLA CHUPAROSA is high on a hill in a quiet residential area. Our villa compound is surrounded by high walls with huge bougainvilleas that add to its beauty & privacy. The inner courtyard has a large pool, 'Jungle Garden ', butterfly garden, and a 2nd storey palapa with stunning views of the entire bay with its islands, reefs, cliffs & the open Pacific, views our guests say are breath-taking. There is a small hospital in Las Varas (20 minutes away) and a larger one in San Poncho. Puerto Vallarta has 4 hospitals, one of which they claim is a state of the art. n n AN ABSENCE OF PESKY FLYING INSECTS allows you to enjoy living outside with just the rustling of palm trees and a constant ocean breeze. Seven Seas Condominiums is a small condominium complex located in the quiet beach community of South Akumal, just two and half miles south of Akumal proper. Guests of Seven Seas enjoy a large beachside swimming pool with chaise lounges for relaxing in the sun. Each unit has a private patio area and is just a few steps from the sandy beach and water's edge. Seven Seas #3 is full two bedroom condominium with fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for six and living area. From the living area access the pool side patio. The unit faces the ocean and has full bright views of the gardens and sea. Guests also enjoy ocean views from both bedrooms and access to the poolside patios. The master bedroom is spacious. Furnished with king bed, private sitting area, writing desk with ocean view, en suite bath and air conditioning. The guest bedroom is furnished with two single beds which can be made to one king to accommodate couples or families.
