Description:Seven Seas is a small very lovely condominium property located along the soft white sand beach of South Akumal, Just 2 miles south of Akumal proper. This quiet gated community is situated along a lovely stretch of beach with easy access to great snorkeling and is home to only private villas and Seven Seas Condominiums. Seven Seas #1 is located on the main floor within just a few steps of the large ocean side swimming pool and the white sand beach. On the palm-lined beach are lounge chairs, and a palapa with a hammock. From the living and dining area and master bedroom you can enjoy the incredible views and striking contrast of turquoise sea, green palms and white sand beach. There is a very large, very private, covered patio, which provides a great space for entertaining or relaxation. The poolside patio is furnished with table and cushioned chairs and is a great spot for relaxing and gazing out at the Caribbean Sea. The NEWLY REMODLED kitchen of Seven Seas #1 faces the emerald green of the jungle side and is fully equipped with a new four-burner stove, large microwave, and new large capacity refrigerator with great ice-making capabilities if you are looking to hone your margarita skills. Seven Seas 1 also now has SKY Mexico TV, and if you ask Miguel the manager, he will give you the access code to his WiFi internet connection which you can access from the condo. Description:Retiro Maya s visionary hostess Lu has created a tranquil and welcoming haven for nature lovers. It is the perfect spot to relax, restore and renew. and to breathe in the healing sea air. All our cabanas have private bathrooms with hot water, fans in each caba a, 24 hours electricity and private terraces with extension chairs and hammocks. There is a wonderful restaurant overlooking the Caribbean Sea and free WI Fi. We also have a Beach Front house, that is is unique here in Tulum. In keeping with our location, the home is beautifully decorated with Mexican handicrafts and in the style of an elegant hacienda. With our 3 bedrooms and flexible bed configurations (our king size beds turn into twin beds) we are able to easily and comfortably accommodate 6 to 10 people. The set up provides enough privacy for family and friends to enjoy their own space ..and to congregate in the recently renovated open and inviting kitchen/dining/living space. Here you can enjoy our , LCD television equipped with a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen has a generous refrigerator, perfect for large groups, a 5 burner gas stove and a counter space with bar stools. The living room and dining rooms have seating for at least 10 people. The sliding doors open to a roomy private terrace. Here we have high quality upholstered lounges, hammocks, dining table and chairs everything your group needs to enjoy the expansiveness of the turquoise blue waters steps from your door. Our eco aware mandate makes it easy to gaze at the brilliant canopy of stars at night as we avoid lighting that might impede your viewing pleasure. Each room has a bathroom, lots of storage space, electricity and an efficient ceiling fan (although most people find the cooling breeze of the sea sufficient.) The beds are comfortable with high quality mattresses and linens. WIFI on the premises Maid service is included everyday (except dish washing). Laundry service within 24 hours with an extra charge Beach towels and all kitchen towels and equipment provided We have cribs. Our Chef is available upon 48 hr request. $500 per week, 8 hour shifts, 6 days a week, off on Saturdays. (we can accommodate your schedule with less or more time as needed)
