Description:This newly renovated house is located less than 90 kilometers (56 miles) from Reykjavik, Iceland's capital. r nIt was originally built in 1967 and was completely renovated in 2008 to become a first class luxury house for the rental market. r nThe house is located in the country side and is only 46 kilomters from the famous hot spring Geysir and beautiful Gullfoss waterfall. r n r nThe house itself is 126 square meters and includes four bedrooms. r nIt's ideal for up to 10 persons. The main bedroom includes brand new large double sized bed, which can be separated into two single beds. The secondary main bedroom includes king size bed. Two bedrooms include bunk beds (2x 90cm). Extra beds or mattresses are available upon request. r n r nThe kitchen includes all necessary equipment, refrigerator, kitchen stove with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and radio with cd player. Kitchenware is for total of 12 persons. r n r nThe living room has big comfortable leather sofa and LCD television with DVD player, satellite receiver and local television stations. r n r nIn front of the house is a large 80 square meter terrace with a hot tub (spa). The hot tub is heated with natural hot water. Relaxing in natural Icelandic hot water is told to be very healthy and the view from the tub is breathtaking (unless you enjoy your stay in low visibility weather). From the hot tub you can see mountain Hekla, which is stratovolcano with a height of 1.491 meters. You can also see Tindfjoll mountains, Eyjafjallajokul glacier and Icelands longest river, Thjorsa. r n r nBathroom includes warm shower. Description:- A unique place for Peace of mind… This little summerhouse is strikingly beautiful, situated directly at the sea in the small secluded village called Munkerup just outside the fashionable Hornbæk (one hour from centre of Copenhagen). The old fisherman style house with thatched roof has been respectfully restored with high quality materials and accordingly tastefully decorated in suiting Danish simplicity. It is surrounded by a garden granting a high level of privacy. The summerhouse is situated high above the sea on top of a slope of wild roses leading directly (by the steep staircase) down to the private beach. The lower beach is sandy and very good for kids because of the shallow water. The house is 100 m2 in two floors. The first floor contains a master bedroom with a double bed and additionally two small bedrooms – one with a double bed, the other with twin beds. The master bedroom and the room with a double bed are both with a balcony, which invites you for a breathtaking view of the sea and the Swedish coastline. The ground floor has a spacious living-dining room combined with a cosy wood burner. From here you also enjoy the stunning view over the ocean. There are two double terrace doors – one facing the sea, the other facing the eastern terrace. The little, but well furnished kitchen faces the ocean, and contains fridge, freezer, dish washer, stove w. Induction hob, microwave and normally used kitchen appliances. The romantic and quite big bathroom is well arranged with a shower, washbasin, and cabinets for towels, washing machine/dryer and a towel heater. Also plenty of space for changing babies, if needed. The toilet is next to the bathroom in a separate room. There is a little annex next to the house with one big bed and a small desk. (Only for use during summer as it is without heating and electricity)
