Description:Room nr 1 is a 30m2 fully furnished flat with complete kitchen and funky interior to make you feel that strange but alluring Finnish vibe. It s located on the main boulevard of Kallio (Helsinginkatu 12), surrounded by the most vivid bar scene, alternative shops and ethnic restaurants in Helsinki. The tram stops at the hotel, and runs directly to the city and back. Room nr 1 is perfect if you are looking for something different to those seen one seen all downtown hotels, or if you wish to live like a local in a home like environment with the freedom and space. Room nr 1 is perfect for 1 2 persons. We got a double or a twin bed. If there are three of you, and someone is comfortable sleeping on the couch, just let us know and we will arrange an extra set of bed linen. We got a complete kitchen with stove, fridge and all kitchen utensils. And pretty much everything else you'll need from towels to TV, from WiFi to basic breakfast supplies and probably the tiniest toilet in the world. The longer you stay, the more discount you'll get. Description:The flat is 35 m2, with all necessities including wifi, utensils, linen etc. Flat is surprisingly calm so there won't be any disturbances. My self I am well traveled guy so I can also provide some good advices what you may be interested to see here in Helsinki or Finland. Location is superb. It is 2,2 km from main Railway station. It takes 12 minutes from my flat to railway station by metro. Metro, tram line 6, 7, 8, and loads of bus lines are within 300 meters. It is also located 500 meters from a famous pub hub of Helsinki. There are several grocery stores around. There are cosy parks close by for a nice stroll.

Description:Piriko Bed & Breakfast provides comfortable accommodation in the mid centre of the town. The museums, shops, restaurants are very nearby. Only a quarter away is the bus stop of a bus which takes you to Santa Claus Village. You can rent one room with kitchen or the whole two-room apartment (56 m2). The self catering breakfast includes juice, cornflakes, milk, yogurt, bread, batter, cheese, biscuits, coffee and tea. The bigger room (20 m2) has two beds, wardrobe, small tables, shelving and TV. A sofa can be converted into two extra beds. The smaller room (15 m2) has two beds, a desk and lots of closet space. A dinette is located just beside the kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Our kitchen is well-equipped. There are fridge, freezer, stove & oven, microwave oven and a coffee-maker. Dishes and kitchen utensils are available as well.

The date on which Aurinkohuvilat receives the notification will be regarded as the date of cancellation. Should the client be able to prove that the cancellation was made and sent to the right address at the right time, a cancellation may be accepted despite late arrival or failure to arrive. In the case of a cancellation, the client will forfeit the deposit.
