Description:Hello and Welcome to Finland! These Newly built apartments are located a short 2.5 kilometers away from the Helsinki/Vantaa Airport. If you are coming for a night, a week or a month These apartments are designed to accomodate you. This apartment is one of 45 apartments in the same block, so if the calender is booked, send your request anyway! As mentioned above, just to the north is the Airport and just south is the Flamingo spa and the Jumbo shopping center. Here you will find everything from bowling alleys to H&M (along with a fine selection of boutiques and fashion design stores, Stockmann for example). This area also has the benefit of having a forest, with lovely walking paths right out your front door. Busses are not quite as convenient but still do run, if you do not mind walking 500 meters to the nearest bus stop. A seamless booking through Airbnb accompanied with the unique, keyless entry sytem that we have set up at this property makes your rental as easy as possible. Evertyhing is paid ahead of time, and you receive a keycode the day you arrive via text message.

Description:A big apartment with a balcony in walking distance from Oulu centre and a bus ride from Oulu University. The house is situated right next to a small riverside park. The apartment has two bedrooms and a workroom with a fold-out couch that sleeps two people. All in all it fits comfortably two couples and one person. If needed, an additional person can sleep on the living room sofa. Description:Traditional red house on the shore of the riverside, in a tiny village surrounded by beautiful hills next to Lake Inari. In the winter, much snow and possibility to ski nordic and walking on the ice. In the summer, swimming and boating on the lake, walking in the forest, bicycle on forest roads, and so on. Airport Ivalo : 20 km. Ivalo : 10 km. Inari : 38 km. Saariselkä : 40 km. Lake Inari : 2 km. Two fireplaces and saunas. A nice place for Lappish christmas in family! Snow until the end of april. In winter, the romantic time of kaamos, when all is blue, without sun from end of november until the end of january. Northern Lights and colourful skys! Much sun and snow in march-april. In the summer, the midnight sun from may to july. In august, colourful nature with ruska. There is internet possibility also. Electric heating but you can also heat and cook with wood in the fireplaces. 600 euros by week, christmas, march, easter and july : 800 euros by week. You can hire a car at the airport of Ivalo, there's only two bus every day, except holidays. You can also hire a skiido in the winter or motorboat, or canoe, in the summer in Ivalo. Nice place for you and your family if you love the nature! POSSIBILITY TO HIRE ONLY THE 1st FLOOR FOR 2- 4 persons fot 400 € by week. ALL THE HOUSE : 600 - 800 € by week. Two weeks : 700-1000 €. Description:If you appreciate quietness, space enough for your friends & family and Northern nature this is the cabin you have been looking. The old, but renovated Niska house is located on the shore of Lake Hossa. It has three bedrooms (accomodates 6-7 adults), large living room with open kitchen , fireplace and a (limited) lake view. An electric sauna, shower and toilet. You will have own 150m x 250m ground with 150m of own coastline with very close approximity to fantactic Hossa river. Two outdoor fireplaces, one on the shore, a boat free of charge (request), flat screen TV, all neccessary kitchen equipments. Hossa offers all great outdoors opportunities with trekking, fishing, canoeeing, skiing etc. The fisherman's paradise starts from the coast, ski track 50m from the door, snowscootering track 300m away, Hossa national trecking park 5km away. There are two very good restaurants 2-3km away and Hossa nature park information center 5km away. Ruka (one of biggest downhill skiing centers in Finlad) is 1 hour drive away. Come and enjoy the Northern nature in your own house. Prices can be negotiated for longer stays.

During winters you can find ice skating ring just around the corner alongside with two public saunas if you need to warm up :) Helsinki Locations and Districts: Kallio District - Helsinki, Finland, FI A particularly lively and bohemian part of Helsinki, Kallio is situated on the easterly side of the peninsula itself and around 1 km / 0.5 miles to the north of the actual city centre, being linked by the Pitkäsilta Bridge. Kallio is a densely populated area and features many tall apartment blocks, along with endless bars and pubs, together with a towering church, which was built around 100 years ago. Description:This apartment is located only 5 minutes walk from the center of the city. The Helsinki Central Railway station is only a 10 minute walk away, so when arriving from the airport by bys or train it will not take you long to check in. The apartment is located in the Kruununhaka district, and it is a great place when exploring Helsinki. Kruununhaka is one of the oldest disctricts in Helsinki, so it is full of beautiful old buildings to discover if you're into architecture. CHECK-IN / BOOKING - when making a reservation or inquiry, if possible please include details about when you want to check in and out. APARTMENT - You rent the entire apartment which is a compact 20 sqm apartment with a kitchenette and a bathroom. Windows are towards the inner yard, so it is also a very peaceful and safe location. The area is on the road to island Tervasaari, and its only 200 metres away from the apartment. This is good because you have to pay for all the parking places in the streets of Helsinki, with with few exceptions like the space near my apartment. The Kruununhaka district has a number of cosy small shops and restaurants. Most popular tourist sights of Helsinki are within a walking distance. The apartment building was built in 1939, and is well maintained. It has a small inner yard where you can also hang out if you wish. As mentioned, bed is 90 cm wide, so a couple might be able to sleep in it together. If you're not a couple, or if you prefer a little more space while sleeping, there is an extra mattress (80cm wide) that can be used for sleeping on the floor. Clean sheets and towels are always provided for 2 guests. As mentioned in the listing, more than 2 people are welcome, I don't limit the amount of guests but it might get a little crowded with 2 persons. On the other hand, if you use the apartment strictly for sleeping & showers, even 4 persons will fit in. For that, you will need to bring your own sleeping bags and towels, as I'm only able to provide sheets/pillows/towels for 2. Go ahead and ask more if you are a bigger group! The kitchen is fully equipped, so cooking yourself is an option as well. To sum it up: If you prefer a compact, centrally located flat in a safe and peaceful neighbourhood in Helsinki... this is it! I will also be more than happy to give you tips on things to do in Helsinki and in Finland. Welcome!
