Flat is located in the most sought after area in Helsinki with all services, trendy restaurants and cafes just around the corner. There's a 5-minute walk to Kaivopuisto park, the embassy area of Helsinki, Kaivopuisto marina and its cafes. Two excellent playgrounds are within a 2-minute walk. There's a 7am to 11pm local supermarket across the yard, only 100 m away. Excellent connections: Trams 1, 3T, 3B (the sighseeing tram) and 10 run from stops 100 and 200 meters away. Description:Fully furnished flat in the center of Helsinki. One bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and just renovated so it looks a bit different than in the photos. I'll upload new ones as soon as everything is finished. The internet works with a usb-dongle, so bring your laptop. Many places close by have WIFi too. I don't have a washer in the flat but the building has a free washer for tenants. The apartment is in the trendy district of Punavuori, within walking distance to main central Helsinki sights, shops and great bars and restaurants.

Description:A pretty little flat of 47 m2, on the third floor of a building located in a beautiful and peaceful area next to the lake Pyhäjärvi and the Tampere Arboretum. It is within 5 minutes walking distance from the road Hatanpään valtatie, with buses going frequently to the centrum plus many other locations. The Tampere centrum is located approximately 2,5 kilometres from the flat, so I would call that walking distance too. The apartment has one bedroom, an open kitchen with the living room, bathroom with sauna and a balcony. There is a washing machine, dryer and a drying room in the bottom floor of the apartment building, which can be used free of charge after booking a time. Up to five people can sleep in this apartment as there is one full size bed in the bedroom, a convertible sofa in the living room and an extra mattress that can be laid on the floor if needed. The kitchen has a fridge, a stove, a coffee maker, a microwave oven and a toaster.

Located 3km From the Helsinki-Vantaa airport, and 1.7km from the Flamingo Spa/Jumbo Shopping center, these newly built apartments offer you a private living area that has all of the modern conveniences. Public transit includes a bus stop that is approximately 700 meters away. The surrounding area is your typical Finnish outdoors calm, quiet, with surrounding forests. The Jumbo Shopping center features a large shopping mall with many restaurants and entertainment opportunities. (H&M, Stockmann, Zara etc.) Over on the Flamingo side, check out Parilla. They gave me the best steak i've ever had. Best part about them is their service (after a mix up with my meal, they gave it for free!)

My small flat on the small island Lauttasaari in Helsinki will be available for around two weeks when I will be abroad. Dates are around 23.5. to 10.6. and quite flexible, so you tell me when you would want to stay there and is it 1 week, 2 weeks or for the whole period (around 17 nights max). It is an approx 25m2 apartment on the third floor with elevator. One room, a small kitchen, and bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Kitchen is equipped with all the basics you need for cooking as well microwave, kitchen blender, coffeemaker etc. In the room there is a 140 cm double bed and table for two. Big windows and a very light apartment with parquet flooring and white walls. 10mb WLAN is included, unfortunately no TV. The sand beach is located 500 m from the house, a popular spot for kiteboarders and with beach café etc. This area of Helsinki is truly beautiful that time of the year! I can leave a bicycle that you are free to use to explore the city. Close to everything - grocery shops, ATM, bus stops, restaurants, bars and everything are all within a short walking distance. Takes less than 10 minutes with bus to Helsinki center (Kamppi) and you have several connections to choose from. Parking is free on the streets outside the house, no private parking. I have a small dog living with me in the apartment, so probably not the best possible if you are allergic. You are however welcome to bring your small dog with you if you happen to have one. Let me know if you have any questions! Price is for the whole period, you are welcome to make a bid for a shorter stay as well (min. 1 week however).

(Viking Line) To International Airport 22 kms, about 30 minutes by car. Airport Shuttle (bus) from the Airport to Central Station 30 minutes.
