Description:The flat is 35 m2, with all necessities including wifi, utensils, linen etc. Flat is surprisingly calm so there won't be any disturbances. My self I am well traveled guy so I can also provide some good advices what you may be interested to see here in Helsinki or Finland. Location is superb. It is 2,2 km from main Railway station. It takes 12 minutes from my flat to railway station by metro. Metro, tram line 6, 7, 8, and loads of bus lines are within 300 meters. It is also located 500 meters from a famous pub hub of Helsinki. There are several grocery stores around. There are cosy parks close by for a nice stroll.

Description:The apartment is a fully furnished studio located at first floor in a quiet side street in a particularly lively and bohemian part of Helsinki, Kallio around 1 km east of the city center. Kallio is a traditionally working-class area that has seen an influx of trendy youngsters, artists and young families moving into the area. The district has many bars, restaurants and the only wood-fired public sauna in Helsinki. The park around the Töölö Bay, the Swimming Stadium with heated water pools and the Linnanmaki amusement park, the oldest and the most popular amusement park, all are within a 10-15-minutes walk from the flat. Airport, Finnair, buss, stops ca. 50 m from the apartment (charge of 7 EUR per person).
