Description:The Depto, as we call it, has been completely remodeled. It's a swanky one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of an historic building (casa colectiva Bernardino Rivadavia... which even has its own Wikipedia page). We knocked down a wall to open the kitchen up to the living room and desk space. Just beyond the kitchen is a patio/breakfast room surrounded by windows. The bathroom is spacious and the fresh polished cement floors feel great on bare feet. The best thing about the Depto though is its location. San Telmo is the most authentic neighborhood in Buenos Aires. It's got a bohemian artsy vibe to it. Defensa, the main street, is packed with antique shops, cool boutiques, rustic eateries, and street vendors and performers galore on Sundays. The apartment comes with a pre-paid cell phone and a land line for local calls, WiFi, speakers for connecting an iPod or MP3 player, a TV and DVD player (with movies), an AC, two gas heaters, a fully equipped kitchen, a microwave, a filtered water pitcher, a hairdryer, guidebooks, maps, books, adaptors for electrical devices, linens (for all four beds), towels, and friendly hosts!

Description:This two-bedroom apartment has tons of light and a gorgeous outdoor terrace (a private terrace). There's one very large bedroom downstairs, and a smaller one upstairs. Both have double beds, so the apartment sleeps four. It's on the fourth floor (3rd floor in Argentina) of a beautiful 100-year-old building. With original tiled floors, vaulted brick ceilings, a huge skylight in the kitchen, comfortable furniture, and funky decor... this apartment just feels good. Plus, it's in a great location. We're just 2 blocks from Plaza Dorrego, the heart of San Telmo and 2 blocks away from Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires' most modern neighborhood. The Pad, that's the name we've given this apartment, comes with a pre-paid cell phone and a house phone for local calls, WiFi, speakers for iPod or MP3 player, a microwave, a fully equipped kitchen, a filtered water pitcher, adaptors for electrical devices, guidebooks, maps, books, magazines, an umbrella, an iron, a hairdryer, an AC, two gas heaters and one electric heater, linens & towels, a TV and a DVD player. Description:This spaceous 2 BR, 2.5 baths apartment was owned by Moreira Franco, the Governor of Rio de Janiero State from 1991-1994. 5 years ago it underwent a year of extensive renovations. It now offers a level of design, sophistication and comfort unmatched in the city of Rio. Great Copacabana Location Located within 2 blocks from Ipanema, this block is considered to be one of the best, most secure blocks of Copacabana. Right in the same block there’s an HSBC bank that has a 24 hour ATM machine and accepts Cirrus and Plus system ATM cards. Additionally, the apartment is located just 1 to 3 blocks away from most of Copacabana’s famous nightly attractions. Macbook Pro The apartment has an Apple laptop which you can use at any time of day or night, free of charge. Wireless Internet Virtually anywhere in the apartment you may access the Internet through our wireless system. Even on the terrace you can always stay connected, if you wish. 24-hour Security – Security Cameras – Security Doors – Private Safes Infrared security cameras are installed in and outside the apartment. The front door is an iron-cast double door. There’s a 24 hours security guard as well. In addition, private safes are installed in every room. One Block from the Beach The apartment is situated just one short block from the world famous Copacabana beach (about 90 yards away). The apartment is also just a short walk away from Ipanema’s beautiful beach and just 3 short blocks from Arpoador beach. Jacuzzi with Ocean View The terrace is a very large, comfortable Jacuzzi (large enough for 5) which you can use 24 hours a day. 24-hour Security – Security Cameras – Security Doors – Private Safes Infrared security cameras are installed in and outside the apartment. The front door is an iron-cast double door. There’s a 24 hours security guard as well. In addition, private safes are installed in every room. Daily Maid Service The friendly maid we provide not only cleans your room and your bathroom daily, She may also wash and iron your clothes. She can even cook your food for you if you wish or mix your drinks, for a tip. The projector is the highly regarded Optoma H31. The speakers are made by Polk Audio and the THX receiver is an Onkyo. There's over 150 DVDs in our extensive collection available for your enjoyment. All types of movies are available, including Classics, Comedies, Thrillers, Action and Adult. Additionally, there is also a (region-free) DVD player in every bedroom, as well as a stereo system. Special Lighting and Visual Effects Special flame lights are installed everywhere, as well as “Star” lights, strobe, rippling water light effects and special floor lights, many are even in various colors. All lights in the apartment have dimmers and so you can really set the kind of atmosphere you feel is right for the moment. Huge Mirrors in Every Room All bedrooms and bathrooms have huge mirrors in. Some are even installed above beds and inside the showers, since mirrors can really enhance some experiences and situations. Imported Mosaics, Granites and inlay Marbles All throughout the apartment you may find beautiful, handmade mosaics and inlay marble work. Some of these pieces were individually imported from artists in Croatia and Lebanon. You won’t find it anywhere else in Brazil. These also contribute to the special look and individual charm of the apartment. Living Room Bar – Extensive Wine Collection A bar has been built into the living room. It is made of concrete and is coated with Brazilian wood. If you wish to jump and dance on it, you can do so with no worries. A small stage was even installed at the end of the bar, which can be used for dance, strip-tease or Karaoke. Description:This beautifully decorated apartment is more of a home than a vacation rental. Located just 2 blocks from Plaza Dorrego (San Telmo's main square) and 2 blocks from Puerto Madero (the most modern neighborhood in Buenos Aires), this apartment is perfectly located for those wanting to discover the old and new, hip and authentic, beautiful and gritty sides of Buenos Aires. It's a loft with one bedroom upstairs (with a king-size bed) and an office space five steps above the bedroom that has a double futon where two more people can sleep. The living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom are downstairs. There's also a huge private terrace above the entire apartment. Four people can sleep comfortably though there are no doors between the sleeping space, only a row of curtains for privacy. The apartment comes with sheets & towels, a pre-paid cell phone and a land line for local calls, WiFi, speakers to connect to an iPod or MP3 player, a TV and DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen, a filtered water pitcher, two gas heaters, two ceiling fans, a hairdryer, guidebooks and maps, novels, magazines, movies and CDs, and a great vibe throughout. Oh, and the view from the terrace is lovely. We've been renting apartments in San Telmo since 2008. We love meeting new people and we live right there in the same building (we're in the dome).
