Description:If there is one word I would choose to describe our condo its Peaceful. Our unit, which is located on the 14th floor, has 3 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms. Almost every room in our unit has an amazing view of the Ocean. If youe28099re an early riser you could catch the sunrise from the balcony or while lying in our plush beds! Most would describe our unit as specious, clean, and elegant. While the unit isne28099t loaded with technology, which some consider part of its charm, it does have a TV in all but one room for your viewing pleasure. The balcony is one of the largest available in Daytona Beach. The view is stunning. Cooking in the kitchen is also a pleasure. If you leave the sliding glass door open, the smell and sounds of the ocean will accompany your cooking experience. However, if you prefer to eat out there are plenty of options within a 10 mile radius. This unit is perfect for almost any family or couple. There is also a large heated pool which has beach access, a jacuzzi, sauna, gym, a grilling area, and a mini library. n nThe unit is fully furnished with kitchen appliances, washer/dryer and includes towels, linens, dishes, glasses, pots & pans, etc. All you have to bring is your food, clothing and toiletries! n nThe condo covenants require a minimum of a two week stay. And we predict you 'll be spending quite a lot of time out here, gazing out at the waves or watching the kids as they frolic in the giant oceanview swimming pool below. (Of course, after a while the sight of the bubbly whirlpool may convince you to put on your own bathing suit and hurry on down yourself!) nThere is something so soothing about an ocean view, and you have a sweeping vista of sea and sky from Colony Reef 1405. Our living area continues the tropical theme, with white wicker furniture grouped around a TV with cable, VCR, and DVD player. Looking to take a break from the tube? We have a first-class stereo system, too! There 's room here for everyone, so plan a family night in to enjoy the simpler pleasures. nOur dining room is adjacent to the living area, with a big table that seats 6 easily and 8 as needed. It works well as a poker table too, and has seen its share of Uno matches. From the teens updating their Facebook status at one end to the grown ups enjoying a cup of coffee and a newspaper at the other, this table usually becomes the communication center of the condo -- the place people come to check in! You have free wireless Internet at Colony Reef 1405, so if you want to actually bring a laptop, feel free. But you may relish being offline for a while, too! nAt the far end of the condo is our kitchen, compact and convenient. A stacked washer and dryer sit in one corner (help yourself!), while the L-shaped kitchen boasts all the appliances, gadgets, cookware, and dishes you 'd need to prepare a feast. Even if you 're determined not to touch a skillet this vacation, you 'll appreciate how well-equipped and easy to use our kitchen is. And the coffeemaker, microwave, and toaster speed you out of the kitchen even faster! nWhile the living and dining area of Colony Reef 1405 is all about togetherness, the bedrooms emphasize privacy and quiet. There are 3, sleeping up to 8 altogether. The master bedroom contains an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub that is absolute heaven. And the second bedroom has its own entrance to the second bathroom, making it a semi-master suite! It 's a nice feature if you 're traveling with another family. nThe second bedroom contains 2 twin beds, as does the third, which sleeps a total of 4. Wow -- they really have thought of everything, and the whole group will be so entertained here, they may not want to venture out to explore! nBut they should, for you are in the heart of one of the most beautiful areas of Florida.
