Description:Casita Canaria is the ideal property if you are looking to have a stress free holiday and wishing to stay at a quiet location and still close to Puerto del Carmen and it's sea side attractions.This fine property nestles in the hills above Puerto del Carmen in the sleepy Canarian Village of La Asomada. You are only a 5 minutes drive away from the Town of Tias and Lanzarotes main resort of Puerto del Carmen and the renowned marina of Puerto Calero. The Casita has two bedrooms and one bathroom, plus a self contained studio which can be rented separately, or jointly. Both unites have stunning sea views and when both are let separately to different parties do they share the large solar heated salt water pool (no chemicals are used) otherwise you are very private. In the cooler winter months the pool can have additional electric heating at a charge of £80 Pounds per week. The property has one upper sun terrace and a lower terrace with the pool and that can be locked off for small children. There are good food shops close by. All seasonal prices are quoted for 2 persons per week, for any additional person 80,00 Pounds is charged and children under 12 years are charged 45.00 Pounds. If the studio is booked for total privacy in conjunction with the casita it will cost only an additional £120 per week. Please enquire for prices for longer stays than 2 weeks, or special offers which may be running during the year. There are no fixed arrival or departure days, but I request a stay of a minimum of 5 nights. Please ask me to quote you for any lengths of time. In most cases an 'early bird' or 'last minute' arrival will attract a special discount. For the cooler winter month the pool can have additional electric heating at a weekly cost of £80. If you require internet connection this can be arranged via wifi at a price of £20 per week, but please pre-order. Casita Canaria has electric heating and cooling fans available if required. If guests staying in the casita wishing to hire the studio as well, that can be done for a special price of £120 per week, which normally starts from £250. It is a condition when booking this property that all members of the family group are covered by a good travel insurance. We can not be held responsable for any loss, damage to personal property or injury. Although the property is on one level without steps or stairs, the bathroom door may not be wide enough for a wheelchair and there are some steps from the upper terrace down to the pool terrace, although the pool has Roman steps and not a pool ladder. The whole property is wall surrounded and there is sufficient seating on the upper terrace in the shade and 2 loungers for sun bathing. The lower pool terrace has 4 sun loungers all are with thick cushions.
