It's a quick trip anywhere about 2 miles from the french quarter, 3 blocks from Magazine Street and just steps away from some of the most beautiful houses in the Garden District. The apartment is in a very safe and prime location, with many great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The apartment sleeps 4 comfortably. - 1 Full size bed - 1 Queen size sleeper sofa - 1 Bathroom - Large Kitchen - Outdoor Porch There is also a neighborhood grocery store 1 block away, so you're literally in walking distance to any and everything you need. Description:Wonderful quirky fun 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath furnished first floor of a classic New Orleans Double-Gallery House, Internet access, wireless access, and TV. Nearby bus lines and streetcar lines walking distance to historic Oak Street and Maple Street, as well as Riverbend. Neighborhood is Fountainbleu/Uptown, though some describe it as Broadmoor Carrollton. Very safe neighborhood know all my neighbors and we have an active neighborhood watch that makes it very safe living here. Dog friendly, with extra deposit. Also, please note that I have two cats so if you are allergic, this may not be your cup of tea. My dog and of one my cats will not be here when you come....but one will be here and I will be by daily to feed her she is a territorial Siamese who will do better being at home, than boarded. She is sweet and beautiful and I am sure she will make your acquaintance. Large fenced in backyard and off street parking. Kitchen is fully furnished with china, pots and pans, and glassware. You will have my house during Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest, but I am a phone call away and am happy to help you make plans to enjoy Mardi Gras or Jazz Fest, and to make the most of your visit to New Orleans.

This spacious apartment is only 1/2 block from Bourbon St. and walking distance to all major restaurants in the Quarter and Central Business District. You'll be only 3 blocks away from the St. Charles/Canal St. street car line. The 2nd floor apartment faces Conti St. and has a massive balcony with a dining table, sofas, and even outdoor lounge bed. You can see both Bourbon St. and the downtown skyline. Each bedroom has floor to ceiling windows, queen size bed, closet, fans. In addition, the living room has a full size day bed plus a large sofa, that can sleep total of 3 people. I also have an air mattress. There's also free parking around the St. Louis cemetery #1 which is only 4 minute walk to the apartment (I park here daily and never had any issues, even though it is located right next to public housing). Option #1 Rampart Street Parking Inc 210 North Rampart Street, New Orleans, LA This one is the most affordable in the French Quarter and only 3 block from the apartment (about 4-5 minute walk). Description:Our lovely Maison Royal French Quarter guest rooms have two private one bedroom accommodations with private bath and entrance. Each bedroom can accommodate two adults. The rooms are adjoining and can be opened up for parties of four. The vacation rental guest rooms in New Orleans are located in the front of our recently restored 1850 's Creole cottage and so they have private entrances onto Royal Street and are independent from the rest of the house. We are located in the Faubourg Marigny Triangle, formed by the bend of the Mississippi River. There is street parking and also public parking within two blocks of our location. We are two blocks to the French Quarter, !/2 a block to Frenchmen St. Arts and Entertainment District, Snug Harbor, d.b.a., Marigny Brasserie Restaurant, Spotted cat, Apple Barrel, Cafe Brazil, Sante Fe Restaraunt, Praline Connection, Decatur St., French Market, The Riverside trolley, (take to Jazz Fest), and so much more.
