Very charming! 12 foot ceilings, hardwood floors etc. Living room has a futon that converts to a large single bed. Bedroom has a comfy, queen sized bed, full kitchen and full bath. Wireless Internet. Our home is right next door so if you need anything let us know! On street parking with a lovely park right across the street! On peak season rentals (Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest etc.), we prefer a four night minimum. Easy 15 minute walk to all the music and clubs on Frenchman Street. 20 minute walk to French Quarter. 2 minute walk to numerous coffee shops, restaurants, bars, 24-hour grocery store, etc. Also right around the corner from the always entertaining Country Club - a restaurant/​bar with a POOL! There is also a laundry mat in walking distance. There is a bus line right on our corner. It's an easy walk/​bike ride to almost everything that we never even use the bus. Description:Still available for SUPERBOWL, and festivals after Jazzfest. Super strict cancellation policy for all festivals and mardi gras. strict cancellation policy for other times. This house is BIG and really nice and comfortable. Walking distance to Audubon Park, Tulane and Loyola Universities, Or just take the streetcar anywhere, including jazzfest and the french quarter! Well appointed home walk to restaurants, bars and the famous oak street corridor and maple street corridor which is three blocks away. Oak Street corridor has many great shops, bars and famous restaurants and venues. Rebirth Brass Band plays every tuesday at the Maple Leaf. World class restaurants such as: jaques imo, the oak bar, true burger, cowbell, squeal, ninja, ONE, Camellia grill, Jazmine, Louisiana Pizza Kitchen, Mat n Naddies, Brightsens and so many more. Walk to Maple Street Corridor, restaurants like: babylon, cote sud, maple street cafe, cafe fresca, and bars like historic Brunos. Historic home with all the amenities, gym in house. There are two king beds, one queen bed, three small full beds, and two large full sized beds. Plenty of room for guests to bring air matresses if needed. Three story home with THREE laundry facilities. There are original hardwood floors on the first and second floor, there is carpet on the third floor bedrooms and tile in the third floor bath. The third floor has two bedrooms and one full bath. The THIRD floor is not formal, it's been housing for our teenagers for years, so it's not hotel perfect Large backyard, great balcony and front porch. Chef's kitchen, commercial Imperial Stove, Turbo Air Refrigerator all stainless. Cable TV, wireless internet, woodburning fireplace. First two floors are large open spaces with large rooms. Master bathroom is dated but has jacuzzi tub, new toilet and lots of counter space and storage. Third floor suite has two bedrooms and one bathroom, each bedroom has large dormer windows that open to the treetops. This home is on a corner lot with a very large front yard with a 200 year old oak tree that shades the front yard and makes it very pleasant to sit outside on the porch or balcony. The backyard is basic, but is large. There plenty of room to run around and most dogs are okay. This is an old (historic) house with most of the rooms fully updated, but there are some spaces that are dated. It's a large family home great for jazzfest, mardi gras, weddings (due to the amazing large yard) and any type of fun New Orleans gathering. Description:Rent our entire home for you New Orleans vacation! Meghan and I will prep the house to your specifications. Give us your shopping list and we'll make sure everything's stocked (no extra fee, just reimburse us). New construction from old and new materials to meet the guidelines of the charming historic Irish Channel neighborhood. Stunning 200 year-old heart-of-pine floors run throughout the camelback home. Owners (young couple) normally occupy master bedroom suite upstairs but you get access to the king bed and ensuite bathroom with marble shower & garden tub... VERY SPACIOUS. Two other private bedrooms sit on the bottom floor next to a full private bath. The Queen bed has a Heavenly Featherbed from W Hotels. A large closet is in the bedroom for your convenience along with your own dresser. Includes free Wi-Fi, and a full kitchen /​ living room open-floor plan space with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. A large comfy couch and 50 plasma tv (with full HD Cable, Netflix, HBO, and TiVo) complete the general entertainment space to help you unwind from a busy day enjoying New Orleans. You even have your own thermostats to control the air temp, one for upstairs, one downstairs. The third bedroom is usually setup as an office but we can easily setup our very nice, thick queen airbed with linens that can accommodate extra sleeping room. We also have gated off-street parking in our driveway that can accommodate two cars. We're a young couple that have traveled extensively but are originally from Louisiana. Love hosting people in our wonderful city and hope you love it as much as we do! The dog in the photo won't be at the house, at all. We'll all be away, but close enough to help if you need us. Parking is free and easy on the street in front of our home. 6 blocks from the famous Garden District and Magazine Street (bars, restaurants, and boutique shopping). 1 Mile from Convention Center. 1.25 Miles from downtown warehouse district. (Emeril's, World War II Museum, art galleries) 2 Miles from French Quarter. There are three major public transportation stops within 10 blocks, all will take you to the French Quarter, or Uptown toward Tulane University /​ Audubon Park /​ Zoo. Description:We are open to renting out the whole house, or individual rooms. We have 3 rooms for $125 per night, each, and one room for $100 a night. The whole house is $450 per night. We live in a 4-bedroom house with beautiful hardwood floors, 12 foot ceilings, a sunken jacuzzi tub, standing shower and new, updated kitchen. Three of the rooms are all have doors for private spaces, the fourth room is open to the kitchen. The front room has a full sized bed and a floor to ceiling window. The second room has a full sized bed and lots of open floor space. The third room has a queen sized, tempurpedic bed. The fourth room has a 1950's style pull out couch. We have internet, wireless, basic cable and a full sized washer and dryer that are available for your use. While we welcome making our space your space while you are here, if you break it or steal it, you will have to replace it. Parking is street parking in a quite neighborhood where we've always been able to park right out front, even during Mardi-Gras. We live right across the street from the police station, so our area is VERY safe. There's a shed in the back to lock up bikes and we may be open to you using ours. There are several bars, coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance and a couple of grocery stores about a mile away. We have one cat who is mostly outdoors and comes in for food. He loves to snuggle, but is sometimes scared of new folks, so you may not see him at all. If you have allergies to cats, we will make extra sure to wash bedding super well. Although, honestly, Homer isn't inside often and our friends with allergies have no problems. There's some climbing jasmine growing next door that has a lovely scent to greet you as you sit on our porch couch and take in the day. We are fabulous tour guides whether you are renting one room or the whole house! We also keep the freezer stocked with coffee beans and ice cream!

Description:Three min tour: I live in a renovated home built in the 1920s. With 11-foot ceilings, this 1380 sq ft home has original wooden floors w/​ updated Brazilian cherry hardwood floors in the bedrooms. Granite counter tops (kitchen) and an open floor plan, this is a very comfortable home feel. Also, I have a second floor deck that is probably the only one in the area. Note, I do live here but I can vacate the premises as need be. However, I only have one bed - despite having 3 bedrooms. I will accommodate and provide additional bedding if need be. Thanks. P.s. References are encouraged and I am less than a 10minute bike ride to City Park and the Fairgrounds, perfect for those looking to attend the Jazz Fest.
