Description:This villa have a king size bed, queen sofa sleeper and a twin mattress in the laundry room! Located right across the street from the public beach. Our villa is a newly renovated 1-bedroom Forest Beach flat, across the street from the public beaches, the Holiday Inn and Tiki Hut. This is a favorite beach destination with easy access to beaches, restaurants, shopping, bike rentals, clubs and live entertainment. Beach towels are provided for guests to use. Our villa is a large 1 bedroom with one full bath which was recently renovated to include new ceramic tile in the bath and kitchen and hallways and a totally re-modeled kitchen including all new appliances and granite counter tops. A new HVAC system was installed in July of '09. The villa has one balcony overlooking the parking lot which faces the beach. Relax on the balcony and enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean just across the street and feel the incredible ocean breeze. Long Term Winter Rates Available! The master bedroom provides a 19 television with cable which include premium movie channels, king size bed and large walk-in closets. The villa features your own washer and dryer in the large Laundry area.
