Description:Enjoy comfort and privacy in this modern six year-old condo on the edge of Midtown in Atlantic Station. You'll have the entire condo to yourself throughout your stay, as well as a secured assigned parking space and fast wireless internet. Just a short (free) shuttle ride away from the Arts Center MARTA station (which has two direct lines to Atlanta International Airport), this brand new condo is close to everything. Super fast internet works anywhere in the condo, whether you're browsing recipes in the fully-stocked kitchen or reading the news on the balcony with a view of the lake at the end of the block. Enjoy both drip and french press coffee provided in a welcome basket along with a selection of fruits, tea, and light snacks. Orange juice and milk are in the fridge. Nice travel-size toiletries will be waiting for you in the condo, either from Crabtree & Evelyn, Peter Thomas Roth, or Gilchrist & Soames (or similar). This one-bedroom condo has a large queen bed in the bedroom as well as a fold-out sofa bed in the living room (slightly smaller than queen sized-it is a generous full), a garden tub (big and round), tvs with computer inputs (no cable) in bedroom and living room, and black granite countertops throughout. There is an iHome, an alarm clock with an iPhone dock in the bedroom. Central air keeps you comfortable, no matter what the temperature is outside. There is a washer and dryer in the unit (with laundry detergent provided). You'll find a garbage disposal, dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, and stove in the fully-equipped kitchen. The building has a pool and a smallish gym with two ellipticals, a seated bike, and two treadmills. You have your own reserved parking spot in the secure garage. The building has security 24 hours per day and all of the exterior doors and gates are secure but accessible with your electronic pass. The building is brand new, just six years old, and in perfect position for everything you need. The shops and restaurants of Atlantic Station are just one block away (including a Publix grocery store and a Target), a picturesque park with an attractive wooden bridge is at the end of the block and visible from the balcony, and IKEA is just two blocks in the other direction. The Woodruff Arts Center, High Museum, and SCAD are just a mile away, the Margaret Mitchell House, Piedmont Park, and the Botanical Gardens are each about 1.5 miles away. Interested in exploring? Sensitive to animal dander? I love pets, but there have never been any animals in this condo, so that isn't a concern. Description:Dolphin Villa Florida at Silver Creek on HW27 is located at the end of a very quiet cul de sac. The pool area has views of the Woodland reserve and is overlooked on only one side. The newer townhome community of Hidden Forest is located to the rear of our home and compliments our community of Silver Creek. From the pooldeck you can see the Disney fireworks over the treetops only a few miles away. Our large garden space to the side can be used for games,football etc. The games area located in garage has pool table, table tennis, eletronic darts and 10-1 games table with fuse ball and table hockey. Guests have free use of our baby equipment inc high chair, travel cot and stroller. There is cable TV in every room also with DVD players, there is also a large selection of DVD's/CD's and use of PS2 and games.
