Description:Luxury 5 bedroom villa with swimming pool for rent overlooking the 18th fairway of the Highlands Reserve golf course and 15-20 minutes drive from Disney attractions. Situated in the small community of Highlands Reserve, off US highway 27, the villa is decorated to a very high standard and can comfortably sleep 11 with 4 double beds and 3 single beds, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets.. There is a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a laundry room off the kitchen. The villa has a monitored security system, full air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms, TV and DVD player in living room and TV in all the bedrooms. All bathrooms have showers and 2 have baths, with towels provided and hair dryers. Internet access and telephone are available at a small workstation in the den off the main living room, calls can be made throughout USA and Canada free of charge, phone cards can be purchased in most supermarkets for calls to the UK. Pool Area The screened pool area and pool deck is very spacious with sun loungers, table and chairs, pool towels and pool toys for the children. The BBQ is kept in the garage and can be used in the pool area Highlands Reserve also has a community swimming pool, tennis courts and childrens play area, a key for the gate is kept in the villa. The villa is maintained by a very responsive management company husband and wife who live approx. 400 yards away. Our villa is a lovely 2 storey 4 bedrooms 2.5 bathroom home from home fully equipped with everything you could need to cater for the perfect holiday. Entrance hallway The entrance to this beautifully maintained villa leads into a spacious great room with its vaulted ceilings. It is comfortably furnished with the interior completely redecorated and re-carpeted. The entrance hallway also leads off to the fully fitted luxury kitchen with dining area on the left. Family Room The family room has an entertainment centre complete with large Plasma cable TV, DVD player and CD tower unit. We have a large selection of books for your holiday reading, board games and a selection of DVDs and CDs. Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen with good quality appliances including a full height fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, full-size oven microwave and waste disposal unit, ample pots, pans and crockery. To the back of the kitchen is the pleasant breakfast nook seating 4 with pleasant views over the front landscaping. Dining Area The dining area can be viewed from the kitchen and is adjacent to the lounge, designed to seat 6 at the table Master Bedroom The master bedroom has been tastefully refurbished with a king-size bedroom suite and includes a flat screen television and ceiling fan. It is situated on the ground floor with views overlooking the pool area to the golf course. There is a walk in wardrobe and safe for guests added security. The en-suite is fitted with his and hers sink units and a large double walk-in shower and WC. A hairdryer is also provided. Laundry Room The laundry room is fitted with a washing machine and tumbler dryer, ironing board, iron, airer and vacuum cleaner. Separate towels for use by the pool are also stored here. Half Bathroom A WC and washbasin is also located just before the laundry room. Games room The garage leads from the laundry area and has been converted to a games room with table tennis, air hockey, table foosball, darts and a pool table. We have added a PS2 with several games and games chairs for your gaming pleasure. Upstairs Bedrooms Along the galleried landing there are three further bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and two with twin bedded rooms. There are ceiling fans and TVs in all bedrooms. Upstairs Family Bathroom There is a full size family bath and shower room close to the bedrooms on the upper floor. All bed linen and towels are provided. There is another hairdryer on this floor. Large Pool & Pool Deck The covered lanai with ceiling fan off the family room through patio doors ( alarmed for the safety of young children) leads to the swimming pool ( 24ft x 12ft) with large pool deck to give extra space for family relaxation. The pool can be heated if required at extra cost. There are 4 sun beds, 4 padded chairs, 2 padded stools and a parasol Separate pool towels are also supplied. A 4 burner Gas BBQ is provided free of charge, however gas cylinders may occasionally need to be replenished which are available at extra cost from the local gas station by Publix. We are constantly updating our home for our guests comfort. We will do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable. Welcome food parcels can be ordered in advance. Park Tickets for guests staying in our villa can also be requested in advance but will need to be purchased before arrival through our management company. Private Swimming Pool Come and chill out and enjoy our 24 ft x 12 ft fully meshed screened swimming pool which keeps out all the bugs but still allows you to top up your tan while relaxing. There is also a lanai and ceiling fan over the decking area if you need some shade or just to cool off. Along side the pool you will find 4 padded sun loungers, a patio table with 4 chairs, for that al-fresco dining, whilst also maybe even enjoying a night time swim in this perfect setting. The pool area is an excellent place for barbeque's and can be hired through our management company. For the safety of young children we have a safety fence available for you to use to protect children from the pool area when unaccompanied. There is also a selection of pool toys and a basket ball net in the pool for the kids or may be even the adults, we all have to be big kids from time to time! Pool heating is usually recommended between the months of October - April. Pool heating is available at an additional charge. We advise when having pool heating that you use the pool blanket provided when not using the pool, afterall why pay for heating and then let all the heat out?? Glass is not permitted around the pool area.
